    Chad let me know when he was on his way, shared a photo of himself, gave an estimate on his arrival and shared tracking. This was so much easier as a customer than waiting. He was very friendly, considerate and explained what he did and found. Excellent customer service!

    Giant, overpriced, bureaucratic company. If you want to fail your electrical permit twice, have your gas left off after they install a new heat pump, need to be at home FOUR MORE TIMES THAN NECESSARY for ping-pong between inspectors & electrical teams, and get no apology (or even response) from management, then absolutely sign up for Greenwood’s service! Otherwise, you can probably find someone a lot cheaper. Avoid like the plague. 12 months later and our permit still isn't finalized.

    2021: Spent $22,000 for a new furnace and HVAC system. After only a few years the thermostat stopped working (2024). Called Greenwood; diagnostic technician $330. The tech got it working again and said his work has a 30 day warranty.

    Not two hours later, same thing; the thermostat stopped working. Called Greenwood Heating back and was told I’d have to pay an additional $575 for the same tech to come back the following day. After complaining about the additional cost, it was reduced to $375. I continued to push. Then the cost was further reduced to $330 due to being a Gold Member (Gold Members are customers who schedule regular annual maintenance visits). I respectfully continued to complain. I eventually said I expected a technician to come out without fee. After having to wait for a phone call back I was told the fee would be voided.

    We have used this company for many, many, many years! I cannot express how truly disappointed I am in Greenwood Heating customer service and company policies.
