When the heat exchanger cracked on my existing gas furnace, I decided to have a dual fuel system installed. Greenwood was able to send a Comfort Advisor to my house within one week of me contacting them. The Comfort Advisor was very personable and knowledgeable, provided estimates for a variety of different home heating options, and answered numerous questions. I ended up waiting about a year to have this project done (in part because I had to upgrade my electrical panel), and when I emailed and asked for an updated quote, they were really responsive and quickly sent a refreshed estimate that was very comparable to the one I had received a year prior. They had excellent availability of both installation appointments and equipment and were able to schedule my furnace and heat pump installation within a week or so of my decision to move forward with the project. The installation team was excellent. There were a few details (where the heat pump would go, how the new circuit would be routed, etc.) that needed to be modified from the original plan in order to retrofit my small 1945 house with a new heating system, and everyone was very communicative and explained what needed to be done, let me know what my options were, and answered all my questions. The installation team showed up when they said they would, their work was very tidy, they were really pleasant, they completed the installation on time, and my heat pump and furnace have been working great! I subsequently called the Greenwood Heating office with a couple of questions (one about my heat pump, and one about my invoice), and the people I spoke to were very helpful. So, I've had an all-around good experience with Greenwood and would definitely recommend them to someone who needs their heating system replaced.

A company should be judged based upon what they do and how they handle problems WHEN they arise, not whether or not they sometimes DO arise. Good employees can be difficult to find. We did have a few difficulties with Greenwood Heating and, in our opinion, a bad employee of theirs who clearly possessed the primary objectives of making additional money at the expense of being honest with us and of getting a poorly performed job done as quickly as possible while cutting as many corners as his mistakenly perceived premise allowed that he was dealing with a completely uneducated customer. The purpose of this review is to applaud the correction, sincerity, and generally deep sense of great work ethic that cannot be faked as possessed by their Operations Manager, **Marco**, and one of the best and most detailed employees we’ve ever encountered with any vendor at any of our properties, **Jordan**. Standing ovation here for these two Greenwood employees and their immediate and thorough correction of multiple very poor field decisions and priorities made by another here unnamed employee of theirs. Marco and Jordan have restored our faith in Greenwood Heating, and I can say without hesitation something about these two gentlemen that I cannot say about more than a handful of the people and vendors I’ve encountered: I now trust them. They have earned this trust, while simultaneously restoring the greater reputation of Greenwood Heating. The old adage of one bad apple’s ability to spoil the whole bunch (and its reputation) is true. These two individuals are single-handedly assuring the success of this one company. Maybe next time our whole experience with Greenwood will be more like our experience without the exceptions with these two top 1% employees. Be deliberate. Be cautious. But Greenwood has my sincere approval and endorsement.

Have used and been happy with Greenwood for past 5 years. Today, Frej was our technician and he was quick, courteous, and took the time to explain both the work being done and a couple of options for us to consider to upgrade our system.

Installed a new Trane AC on our existing system. Called and got 6 estimates and Greenwood was my last one. Had a great experience through the entire process from Adam in sales, Jordan, Emilio were out the next day to install. They were onsite early and worked all day and completed a clean and professional install. Being a Friday, they didn’t cut corners trying to end their week. Jordan was outstanding discussing different options throughout. The electricians came midday and we discussed their plan, clean install by them too. Happy now sitting in the house with the windows closed and the wife shivering 🤣. Would give them an opportunity to earn my business on future projects. They match the Costco pricing but have way better equipment availability. Other companies were weeks out with unknown equipment availability.

Sergio was pleasant, efficient, clear in his explanations and suggestions, and supplied estimates for possible future work on the heating system with absolutely no pressure. Very impressed with services from Greenwood Heating And Air Conditioning! They installed our new Trane furnace a year ago and today performed a complimentary 1 yr. maintenance. Received a text message and photo of the technician and his background/work experience before he showed up. The maintenance work performed was explained thoroughly step by step via the technicians tablet screen including showing photos of our furnace parts to make it easier to understand and a copy emailed to us. Routine annual maintenance on our GeoThermal HVAC system, these guys are awesome! Every time they come out I am amazed at the professionalism and attention to detail, as well as the great customer service they offer. The friendly, professional crew removed my old oil furnace and installed a heat pump, upgraded my electric panel and replaced my hot water heater all in two days. They were all so careful while working in and around my house, kept me updated on progress, and made sure I understood everything they had done.
On the sales side, the sales person made sure she got all applicable rebates and discounts into my bid and walked me through all my options, double checked all the measurements needed, and got me scheduled very quickly.
Absolutely zero complaints or concerns from me throughout the whole process.
