Tyler & his co-worker installed 2 dedicated outlets. They arrived on time, wore booties on their shoes & were very personable. They explained the process, how long the installation would take & got to work.
Once the install was complete they confirmed that the outlets worked properly & left the area clean and tidy. I highly recommend Greenwood Heating and Air Conditioning.

Brendan Gault, technician from Greenwood Heating and Air Conditioning performed HVAC System Maintenance on our furnace, heat pump and water heater. He was professional and knowledgeable. He went over all the parts and made us aware of those areas we should watch for. We are going to request his assistance again when we have our maintenance check next year. We were very satisfied by his work - great job!!

I used Greenwood to install a new Mitsubishi Heat Pump and Air Handler, as well as replace and repair some duct work. Overall, I found the service with everyone I interacted with at Greenwood to be extremely professional. All the office staff were very friendly and helpful. My comfort advisor (Kyler), came to our house and did a very thorough examination of our house, explained our options, and answered questions during his visit and afterward. Our install technicians (led by Julio and Austin, with support from Nathan, Javier, and Cody, and electrician Tyler) were all extremely professional, detail oriented, and responsive to our requests and questions. They did a great job installing both the heat pump and air handler; as well as installing, cleaning, sealing and insulating the duct work into and out of the new air handler. I highly recommend Greenwood.

I had a very positive experience with Greenwood’s technicians and their apprenticeship people.. My old electric panel was upgraded and I had a Mitsubishi heat pump installed. Samuel was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions in regards to the removal of my old furnace. He took a lot of time explaining to me the steps involved in replacing the furnace and was very knowledgeable and patient.
