Office Depot

ordered something from their website on may 2nd and still have not received my order. site says "processing" and has for over a month. it's supposed to be delivered today. so when I don't get it in the mail today I will most definitely be asking for a full refund.

my phone was about to die and i was by myself in on a road trip, i came in and asked if they would let me use their outlet if i bought a wall adapter. the manager was kind enough to say yes! very friendly and helpful staff!! thank you office depot 😮‍💨

This office Depot is really a big nice store. It is so organized and all the aisles are clearly marked with what you'd find down them. The only reason I gave it a 4 was because I paid a little more then I thought was worth it. But the product is good quality and still, I will go back. The employees who helped us were friendly and helpful. I will be back.

Taya was amazing. It was her first day but she manage to get things under control. Taya was friendly and has exceptional customer service. There was a price issue of the items that I purchase but Alisha came through and helped Taya with the transaction. Great team work. Over all, even with this hick up I still had excellent service. Thank you both. :)

I received in the mail today their new catalog. Impressive marketing. First page which caught my attention sure wasn't about pens/paper clips/etc but it was a story about Imagining success. Great read and a great catalog.

We arrived 30 minutes before closing on Black Friday like the worst of people. We'd had a desk emergency and had to get a replacement immediately. We expected to be rushed along due to the time but instead were treated to some of the most phenomenal customer service we've ever experienced. We were shown several desk options and given the opportunity to try them out. We didn't feel rushed at all; in fact we felt like we had all the time in the world. Once we made our purchase and got to the car, we realized we'd misjudged the space in the trunk. We decided to take all the components out of the boxes in order to fit them in the car. Not only did the gentleman who helped us out assist in our endeavor, he offered to take the boxes and Styrofoam to be recycled. I fully expected to experience mild irritation and judgement; we certainly earned it. Instead everyone was super helpful and kind. I'm beyond impressed with the service we received and will absolutely be returning to this location as soon as we can.

Terrible service by manager. Crew was good. Manager complained that I came too late in the day for print of a few pages while there was 3 hours left before close. Heavy sighing constantly, made me download the files (half the work) and told me to come earlier next time. Store only had me and one other customer in it for the whole time I was there (no more than 20ish mins). Go to staples instead

Associate was helpful and check out was easy. I appreciate the time employees take with customers.

Yesaterday i went to this store to buy a printing ink. The sales person who was busy working on a different aisle , who greeted me and assisted me without any hesitation. He guide me through the aisle and picked the item for me. He explained me about the item. He was professional and friendly. The person at the cash counter was helpful as well, she explained me about the points, rewards and recycling the used products, and helped me joining as a member. She took down my details with great patience even my English was bad. She was friendly and professional. Thank You both. But what i didn't like was the price difference online and in-store. In-store was bit expensive, I'm not satisfied about it.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Especially lady that oversees copy/print section. Great experience around noon on 30 DEC 22.
