I recently visited the copy center. Kylie was the copy center representative that was tasked to take care of my needs... She did a great job. She handled my unique copy requirements in a very professional manner. She deserves the greatest accolades.

Sadly this experience wasn’t a good one. Went by to have some things printed. Was told it would be next day. Went by and no one knew what was going on. The person who had taken my print order apparently hadn’t taken it correctly. Who knows what you’ll get. Good luck.

The general manager started to help with my print order, but then stated he had to do FedEx shipments and walked away. He proceeded to sit at the computer after ten minutes before completely walking away to help another customer. Leaving me still standing in line after 20 minutes. Standing in line at staples is what I imagine purgatory would feel like... After 30 mins I am still standing without much help...

I ordered an office chair that needed to be assembled. Right after I ordered my chair I received a text message stating my order was ready for pick up which I thought was a bit odd. The store called me and told me they were working on my chair and it would be two hours before it would be ready. It was nice to have that personal service so I didn't waste a trip there thinking my order was ready for pick up.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was extremely easy to send the documents I need to print to their printer and the staff showed me how.

I wasn't able to find appointment cards and although they ended up not having them, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back! Thank you for your excellent service.

After a bad experience at a competitor I came to this location. I will be a customer for life. Employees including the manager was helpful. I had a budget and a long list. The manager assisted in getting the best bang for my bucket. She brought up coupons when I didn't even know they had coupons. We saved 57% off my total price. I was able to purchase more than my list.

Definitely will be back

I give office depot a rating of 2 because they have a very limited stock in their store fronts now. Their backup plan is you can order it from Office depot online which is fine, but if I need something I need it then not 2 days later. If ordering online is my option, then I can usually order from someone else for a cheaper price.

Office Depot is a comfortable store and had what I was looking for at a reasonable price.

Josh went above and beyond helping us.
We were looking for a printer and went to Best Buy with no luck and then came here. He walked us through the comparison of two printers so that we could make the best informed decision. They didn’t have the printer we wanted in stock Josh found one at another location for us and called to have them hold it for us to pick up. He then walked us over to the toner and drums that we would need for the printer he has holding for us at the other location. We bought the printer, toner and some stamps (conveniently sold here!) from him. He was super customer service oriented and very helpful! Would recommend highly!
