I used their online printing service for same-day/in-store pick-up for my company, and ordered yesterday. I went in 24 hours later on an extremely tight schedule to pick up my cards to deliver for a job and not only did they have no idea I had ordered anything, they didn't even offer the product I'd ordered. Instead of being helpful and suggesting a fix beyond printing my promotional material in the wrong format, dimensions and material (once I had my office email them the file needed) the guy behind the counter just started making excuses giving me the impression that he had no idea what he was doing. This was my second bad experience with the same Office Depot location in a row.

The lady at the print and ship place was so so helpful, I believe her name was Liz? I got 8x10 photos and labels made. Previously I had been getting my stuff done at FedEx, and I never will again. Office Depot was WAY more helpful and friendly AND cheaper than FedEx. Thank you so much!

I'd give this store ZERO STARS if I could. I'm literally STILL waiting on hold as I type this, for the second time...I was put on hold for over 10 minutes waiting for someone in the print area to pick up. I have a SIMPLE question as to if they print a type of form or not. And now I'm still on hold for 10 minutes & counting waiting to talk to the Manager. I'm trying to run a business here & don't have time to wait on hold for 20-30 minutes to get a simple question answered. For this reason, I'm writing this review & will make sure to only shop at the Covington location from now on. Let's be real, this is Office Depot, you're not swamped with 100 customers. Your employee's are either lazy or just simply don't care to offer good customer service. I've never had this ridiculous situation happen when calling the Auburn or Covington stores. I had to hang up & call back for the 3rd time, finally a nice gentlemen answered & he walked over himself to ask the print guy my question, whom finally answered the phone & then couldn't even answer my question & said another print guy would by in at noon & might be able to help..................This is insane to me. A HALF HOUR TO GET ONE SIMPLE QUESTION ANSWERED AND THEY COULDN'T EVEN ANSWER IT!!!!!!

WOW!! The level of customer service John, Tukwila location, showed me during my visit, purchase & help to my car was out of this world!! In a time where great customer service is low at so many other stores, this was refreshing 🤗 Thank you so much for your help again John!! Prayers to you & your family from me & mine.

I bought bubble mailers. They were a bit pricier than online but were priced as buy two get one free. So nothing awful.

When I went to check out I noticed that one of the staff members was standing around doing nothing. I assume they were taking a break, but they didn't say anything when I walked in their direction.

The person who checked me out wasn't particularly friendly and didn't greet me as I left.

The smaller elements of customer service matter.

Employees are usually nice and they are helpful. It is large store. However my experience the other day is not great. The employee in the copy center makes it super inconvenient to print things out. She wanted me email with my phone but their WiFi is horrible and her logic is that is not for public since all their computers are on that system. But the password is not protected for their WiFi. Then she wanted me to use Starbucks WiFi which is horrible too inside the Office Depot. But that is strange for a business as large as Office Depot to ask customer to use another business WiFi for their service. I used to be able to send from their computer but the employee said it is inconvenient for her because she has to log in to the computer when people come to buy stamps but there was no one else in line. Things that used to take me a few minutes now takes a long time and I have to step outside to send emails so they can print. This is extremely inefficient and super inconvenient for customers and would not recommend them anymore. Too slow and poor policy as well as service and system.

The lady is awesome,she helped me to use self print but it can’t print it,so I went to the print counter,The guy is very impatient and told me he is busy and I should go self print it,Is it my fault to let you do your job?

I had a coupon sent to. Me by email that said I could. Use it in the store but when I went to the store to use it, it didn't work. I ended up. Having to place an online order at the store to use the coupon. Took so Much time also... Great people who helped me but the management and supervisors need to spend more Time Training staff so they can be knowledgeable with stuff.

Hard to find floor help. Took 3 people to find cartridges for my printer, 1st person couldn't be bothered with it so they handed off to 2nd person a woman who went out of her way to look for them. Unfortunately, she couldn't find them. The checkout person found them by the register. There wasn't even a slot in the cartridge area for cartridges for the printer I bought. Not sure why this is like this.
