I love going to this store, great helpful staff and I recently had to print out a large book and Lexi was fantastic. She was super helpful, great sense of humor, and the general atmosphere was chill throughout. The printing was done quickly, great quality, without the hassle. Thanks friends!

I am very unsatisfied with today’s visit. I was trying to exchange a toner for supplies, that I recently purchased, well within the 14 days return/ exchange policy.
The lovely associate assisting me, called her manger over for assistance, she was visibly annoyed before she even made it to the register. Proceeded to tell me that they don’t do exchanges and that any store I go to they wouldn’t do an exchange. This is not what the policy states on the back of the receipt.
If this is the case the policy needs to be updated other wise please inform this manager of your current return/ exchange policy.

This location is not recommended (vine & fountain). Printing service reps are not knowledgeable at all. One guy might as well be running the store himself. Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful staff. I rarely do surveys when I've had a negative experience, but maybe this will save someone a waste of time, and encourage a more professional staff to be put into place.

people at Office Depot are always knowledgeable and kind.
my only comment is if it is possible to have a person always available to guide me to the aisle I need... it's a big inventory... which is good ... just frustrating to wander - this additional service would save me lot of time.. Barbara

Watch out they charge you for borrowing the tape to seal a package and make up multiple line items for the cost of using the tape. Also make no effort to explain all the charges showing in the receipt for one thing that they are trying to charge you for and also not listing the price for borrowing the tape. They have lost my trust in the service they provide.

I guess things have changed since COVID and I completely understand everything is self service which is fine it all works just took a little more time staff is very friendly you can pick up kitchen supplies and print scan and fax and someone reasonable prices

The cashier was very friendly and helpful with our purchase! She was patient and helped us with a clearance item of my son's backpack! Greatly appreciated!

The staff was super helpful here at the Office Depot on Vine Street in Hollywood. The prices are very reasonable and they had what i needed.
