great experience with my online purchase of same day business card

I will never purchase there again. Had our business card graphics for everyone. Office Depot decided to delete all the client graphics they had without notice.

Very helpful staff! Helped me carry and lift a heavy desk into my car. Also very knowledgeable.

Horrible customer service
I went to this location to print gloss photo
The lady charge me in advance and she says wait 30 minuts
Usually not even take 5 minuts and if you have wait there you dont need to pay until job is done i dont know why she charge me at a front
And after 1 hour and half printer not working
And says wait again 30 minuts disrespectfully
She need to learn first how to handle Cusstomers there is no word to explain her act
She acting like owner, big boss lol
I dont think they have a manger
But if they have corporate office they should watch this branch what they doing there
If you go this location Wasting time and $
I ll not going any more this location forever
If you need professional service dont use this branch
Finaly i got my print after 2 hours later poor quantity any way wasting my mony and time

Office Depot has good inventory, prices & Customer service.

Used document shredding services here, which are reasonably priced. But you have to turn the shredding in at the print/copy counter, and sometimes you get behind somebody with a complicated printing order and it takes forever just to do a quick shredding dropoff.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IF YOU MAKE A PURCHASE HERE THAT IF YOU NEED TO RETURN ANYTHING THEY WONT DO A RETURN UNTIL MAY 5TH TO WHICH WAS NOT ON MY RECEIPT OR TOLD TO ME WHEN I PURCHASED MY ITEM. CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD HAVE MADE THIS KNOWN AT TIME OF SALE.

Worst customer service and too lazy associates who aren’t willing to help.
