MEAGAN is an EXCEPTIONAL Employee. She was able to recognize my stress and come to my aid and assistance. Calm me down, while professionally preparing my interview packets. I don’t know her last name but she needs a raise! The interviewer complimented me on the packets and thought it was over the top. I have a second interview next week because of it! She’s good! Nice employees, prices can be a bit high, so don't forget to price match the internet prices before checkout

During Covid, of course most places are short staff. Or short of items. The staff here went above and beyond, from the phone call, to the customer service on the floor.

Even though there short one items. I did come back about 1-2 weeks later with my husband, we found what we needed.

I feel they’re very organize and i told their store manager who was also helping us check out, that every time I walked through the door, I was always welcomed and was always greeted and received great customer service. They would be into what I was needed and I felt they were doing a good job about it to. I will keep coming back! Items are always great here too! Thank you for great customer service! I would recommend this place!

Kasta at the local Tukwila Office Depot went out of his way to get my Brochures done for me and did a great job. He even looked up a store coupon to get me a better rate.

He isn't even a regular employee but did a Fantastic job taking care of his customer.

Just wanted to drop off a FedEx package. Don't bother, the guy in the copy center wanted to ignore three customers while he fiddled with a printer. Even when another employee tried to help us he persisted in a task that would have been there after he spent five minutes helping us. Just go to the FedEx store close buy. They obviously don't care about your time

Great service, friendly and fast efficient staff

The materials are interesting mostly spending more times inside the store and learning new things for future needs. I like the rewards program too… it took me to the store often🗃🖇📇📌✏️🖋📚🔖📐💻👨‍💻💾🖱

I now understand why the store has no customers. Came in to get copy’s made and waited at the print counter for 20 minutes as 3 other employees made themselves look busy… no sense of urgency for the customer. So disappointed.

The ease of finding an item. The locations, the friendly helpful staff. Variety of items.

The stores in auburn and tukwila have very unfriendly and racist people working there. Cops were called on my family member who was waiting for me to complete an online purchase and were called racial names. It was our 1st time buying from office depot
