Items are TOO expensive. I found the same Portable file box I purchased at Office Max, which I paid $28.00, at Target for $12.98. I will be returning for a refund and purchasing at Target!

Received Full Service printing services today and the service was exceptional. Both Joe and Deidra went above and beyond to obtain the result I needed for a poster. The price charged for special formatting was very reasonable, too.

The staff is AWESOME! Friendly yet very professional. I'm glad the store is near my home!

When I got a PC, the sales rep was extremely helpful. Very knowledgeable. Explained things in detail.

HORRIBLE customer service! Went in for a quick print, there were 4 employees working and 3 customers all in line for printing. One employee was actually helping customers print, but the second he finished the transaction he proceeded to deal with other unimportant tasks shuffling papers around rather than tending to the line of customers standing in front of him. The other two girls were equally useless as they saw us standing there and continued to talk to customers on the phone. What is this a Call Center?? You would think they would prioritize the customers who have been STANDING THERE IN FRONT OF THEM WAITING. One guy who had been waiting before me got agitated and finally said "Are you guys gonna do anything? I need to get back to work". They glanced up and said nothing, so I left without printing anything. Word of advice don't even bother going to this location, the company would probably save themselves some money if they just close this one. The previous reviews on here should have warned me enough. Don't waste your time.

The sales associate was very helpful & patient in locating the item I was purchasing - since it was relocated . She also advised me of my 20% discount available for my rewards membership.
Because of her assistance , my shopping time was expediant.
