    I had them out to service my mini split system, that they installed a few years ago. They're always very friendly and professional, call 5-10 min before showing up and send a picture of the person coming to my house. Service call went very well, he went over his check list with me, and walked me through what he looks at.

    We bought a house and needed to switch from oil to gas furnace. We decided to put all new duct work in and heat the basement which it wasn't before. It was a $30,000 project. We had a meeting with Adam from sales, then a project manager and Adam came back to make sure our project was feasible because the sales guy does not do the installation. Everyone was on the same page, then it came time for installation. Upon removing the oil furnace, they got oil/grease all over our brand-new carpets in the basement. It was not discovered or disclosed until after they left. During installation, they could not do as they promised because they did not consider roof slope or house crossbeams and joices in their planning stage. We were already into a kitchen redesign and it was too late to change plans. They had to install smaller ducts down to the basement which resulted in poor results heating-wise. Did they reduce the cost for their overpromise and poor planning (NO). Sam the project manager would just say "The house gives what the house gives" over and over again. I'm sorry but the house didn't change from planning to installation. It was straight-up poor planning, their installers could NOT handle this big of a job. All they did was complain to me about my house and project. Mind you they placed 100s of scope holes through our ceilings, they were not respectful of our space at all. When everything was all said and done we needed to get permit inspections. One for gas, electrical and the furnace. They first didn't put a light switch, light and outlet close to the point of entry of the furnace. That was three different visits by GWH to correct permit mistakes. After each of those visits, they do not call you to reschedule the city inspector. You have to call GWH for them to schedule. Then the inspector would come and GWH would not follow up with me to reschedule. They provide no service or initative after you are done with the project to complete their work. We finished this project in May 2022 and it is now January 2023 and I still don't have permits closed. Their permits department just waits for the customers to contact them. I just had the inspector out today and they still didn't place a light switch close enough to the point of entry. They clearly don't know their code standards. I've had to take about 6 days off of work to wait around for inspectors and GWH to fix their shortcomings in install. It's been a terrible, terrible experience do not use them for large projects, they are simply not experienced enough to handle them as they claim

    We have used Greenwood Heating for 10 to 15 years, first to maintain our old furnace and to install a new one about 4 years ago. Since then we've had routine maintenance and have always been impressed by the professionalism and quality of the work of the technicians. Though they are growing and have grown during the time we've used their services, they continue to provide top quality service and based on conversations with technicians over the years, they seem to treat their employees very well. I don't believe you can go wrong in choosing them for any HVAC needs

    Jared and Matthew were very professional, fast and clean. I appreciate the work they did. Matthew was really patient with me while I downloaded the app and he explained step-by-step how to connect to my furnace so that I can control the temperature with my phone. This business is reliable and honest. Today the crew that were originally coming over changed at the last minute and someone called to let me know different people would arrive and when to expect them. I was glad to be kept in the loop. This has been an all around great experience - which is saying something since I had to buy a new furnace and they are not cheap. But I’m pleased with the service I received and cannot recommend them highly enough.

    Totally failed system. Joe and Greenwood removed and replaced the furnace and heat pump within 24 hours. Joe was the lead on a team of three. Totally professional, delivered for me. Very happy

    Quite a few years back they installed a high quality gas furnace in our home. It came with a high quality hydrostatic filter which the installers told me was worth about $100 at the time. I set it aside as it was a perfect replacement for my mom's furnace when we opted to install a uv system on ours due to allergies. After the crew left it was missing from a place the installers had no place being in the garage where the furnace was installed. Greenwood refused to acknowledge my request to return it saying I must not be honest about it. I would have used it myself after a time when one of the uv bulbs failed in less than 2 years and was told the system was under warranty but not the bulb. I called for my filter the day rhe installers left but got a huge amount of excuses and runaround. They have not been allowed in my home since. I am posting now because someone asked if I knew of a reputable company. This wasn't it for me.
