We had an air conditioning leak in our basement and contacted Greenwood Heating and air. The service from the entire company was excellent. From the the people in the office to the technician that fixed our issue. They were professional, prompt and courteous. I would say they are 5 star and they have a customer for life. Don Page, the technician who came to perform the service, was excellent. He wa on time, took time to explain things to me, and was so thorough in all aspects of the regular maintenance. I can't believe that he did not rush, and I felt he went above and beyond to look and attend to everything (in contrast to my previous experience) I will request for Don for all my future services from Greenwood Heating.

Mr. Page performed furnace and ductless A/C heat pump maintenance service thoroughly and methodically, while communicating a wealth of information in the process. These units were previously installed by Greenwood and the installation experience was excellent as well.

For the past 2 days, we received excellent work from Taylor and Jordan. Both of these employees had an exceptional attitude, were great communicators, showed up on time with a willingness not just to get the job done, but to get it done right. We very much enjoyed having both of these 2 hardworking men at our home. They were professional, honest, experienced and were excellent at what they did. I was so impressed by their hard word and dedication to doing a great job for us. Granted a new AC and Furnace is very expensive, but we strongly feel like this was money well spent and we received great value for our money. Both Jordan and Taylor were an absolute pleasure to have around and they worked extremely hard and are very good having the skills to install a very complex system. I was very impressed with both men and they did an outstanding job. Thanks, guys!

We had several bids to replace our furnace, install a heat pump, add central A/C, upgrade to a duo thermostat, install 3rd level exhaust fan & switch. Greenwood gave us the most detailed bid, an additional project manager review before the project began. The work was completed timely in the 2 days as scheduled. The exhaust fan required additional work but Greenwood stuck to the original bid, completing everything, better than expected! All technicians and office support staff were courteous and professional at all times. They were all efficient and clean, wearing shoe coverings when on our light carpet and face masks for COVID precautions. Our project was not the easiest with a 3 level home and our bedrooms on the 3rd level, very hot during the summer. We are very pleased with the end result, especially the central air-conditioning. We have since contacted Greenwood Heating after we did not reset our circuit breaker completely. We had service, with respect and no charge! When the circuit breaker repeated to shut off the next week, we again had prompt service, again warrantee covering the call. It is a pleasure to have a company service what they sell, providing prompt care! Thank you! K&B
