We had to decommission existing heating oil furnace and replace it with a high efficiency heat pump. Greenwood Heating staff - Matthew, Keaton, Chris and Layton - did a wonderful, great, clean and professional job in taking out the old oil furnace and install a new high efficiency Mitsubishi heat pump/air conditioner. Greenwood Heating is great at reminding and following up on appointments and keeping us informed of who among their staff will be coming to perform the job. Juan Botello was very responsive in providing us estimates and brochure of the heating/cooling equipment in a timely manner that enables us to decide on the best equipment that will serve our home's heating and cooling needs. My technician, Sam Barkley, has serviced my house a few times. He is professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel he was just going thru the motions and was in a rush to get to the next house. He took the time to answer my questions and understand my concerns.

I have also worked with Service Dispatcher, Irie Adams. She is fantastic. She is prompt, professional, and very personable. She is very understanding and so friendly. I’m sure her job can have its challenges, but you would never know it. When I got off the phone with her, I had a big smile on my face. When a service dispatcher can have that affect, it’s saying something!

Don was very professional and took the time to show me how my thermostat worked. My cat mauled him & wouldn't leave him alone and he was a very good sport about it.

Sam Kirkland did an outstanding job by diagnosing and fixing my heating system. He was helpful, kind, knowledgeable and professional. Even though it was already late in the afternoon he made sure to come by and install the new motor. That was tremendous since my house had felt like an icebox for several days.
