I got quotes from several different installers. Mercurio’s was the only company to respond the very next morning and had someone scheduled the next day. Their customer service has been nothing short of brilliant. The heat pump installation went smoothly and looks great. They paid close attention to detail and respected my home. I’ll be recommending Mercurio’s to everyone!

Kevin came to troubleshoot our lack of heat and managed to get our aging furnace/heat pump system working again. He explained everything very well and made sure we understood. We hope Kevin will always be the person they dispatch for future maintenance and service calls. We also dealt with Jennifer over the phone during this visit and she was both helpful and very competent. Both of these people gave me confidence that we chose the right company for our service needs.

We are a happy, returning customer with Mercurios Heating and Air Conditioning. Three of our homes over time. This appointment was for an A/C and Thermostat problem in an older house we bought. Technician Charles Monday arrived on time and very quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue. We also inspected all of the existing equipment and he expertly help to guide me in thinking through the +/- of repair versus replacement. In the end, Mr. Monday arranged for an estimator to come back to the house for the next day to go over replacement options. What we like the most is that the entire operation, from customer service/scheduling to the guys and gals that arrive at your home are well trained, professional and friendly. I think they offer the best service for the cost/benefit ratio in the business.

This is an update from our initial posting. The completely new system, two weeks later, is working perfectly. We are very happy with our decision to accept the Mercurios proposal.

I wanted to especially focus on the actual installation. The team arrived five minutes early, made great communication along the way, and worked together well. First full day was by two technicians until the afternoon. They removed the old system, installed the new furnace and A/C unit and made nearly all of the connections. It was difficult pathway to run thermostat wire and hoses for the A/C. We got our 29 years of use of the old system! Later that same day two more technicians joined them to complete the electrical. I wanted to specifically recognize Brian, Joe, Matt and Thomas for their great work. The next day, Bobby came out to complete the final installation, do the system check and spent time with me going over the controls, the web access to our smart thermostat and to make sure all was running well. All together it was a 12 hour install, completed perfectly.

We will call upon Mercurios to do any future need adjustments, maintenance, and if we live another 29 years, our new system!

Robert, the technician from Mercurio's was on time, professional yet personal. He got right to work and when finished with the tune up, explained what he had done, what he saw, and the cost. I felt comfortable with him in my home and told him I would ask for him when we next needed service.

Brandon arrived to quote some of the electrical works I am looking to have done on my new home. The process was well coordinated and on time. Brandon specifically was very knowledgeable about the type of work I was asking for and even able to offer suggestions I have not decided officially if I will get all the work done but it was a great experience to get the quote.

We were very very happy with the service at Mercurio's! Brandon initially came to do the estimate. He was very friendly and informative and worked very fast with us to get an estimate for our insurance company. Our breaker Box needed to be completely replaced and relocated outside due to the code's changing. Chris was our technician who did a phenomenal job. He was very courteous and answered all questions. He even came back to make sure everything was OK a week later. I can't say enough nice things about all of the people that work there. Amber is who answers the phones and schedules and she is just a joy to deal with. I cannot think I'm all enough for making a stressful situation easier on us. With all the companies out there I would definitely say this *****

Chris was a very pleasant gentleman. He installed our old thermostat and explained the process. He was also willing to look at other electrical issues and place a bid for future electrical needs. I enjoyed his positive attitude towards my pups and grandson. Yes to hire again!
