Everyone from the office person who took my call to the Sales Rep who gave us our estimate to the installers who put in our new Furnace/Heatpump/Thermostat system were extremely friendly and professional. Since we decided to go with their bid at our initial meeting, they gave us their special "next day installation" option. It was so amazing! Arnold and Matt installed my new furnace. Their service is well trained, professional and impressive. First they put paper covering on floor. At the end they cleaned up all area thoroughly. Removal of old furnace was very difficult. They spent 3 hours to remove three screws in a super tiny space. Thank you for your hardworking effort. Their company is a well organized professional company. I am happy with their service on repair and installation.

Had to call their office a couple of times. Always someone there to respond and help. Our tech Loc was very professional and very fast. Checked our AC in probably 15 minutes. Fixed settings on our thermostat. I was ready to replace it. Now I'll keep it for a while longer. He also got us a better deal with a yearly maintenance plan sign up. Very pleased!

I am glad I called Mercurio's and would definitely call them again should the need arise. I recommend this business to anyone who has a need for heating or cooling. I did not need a new thermostat but didn't know how to operate the one I had. Josh was a great teacher and very knowledgeable about my unit. He saved me from wanting a new thermostat installed like I had asked for. If your lucky, you will have Josh for your job.

I'd been shopping for an HVAC solution to bad heating and was drawn to heat pumps for the added perk of AC. Tyler at Mercurio's was amazing beginning to end in helping me ID exactly what I needed but couldn't verbalize well, and surpassed expectations along every step of the way. I have never received better service from any contractor for my home. Tyler helped me stay within budget, gave out of the box solutions, stayed in touch during install to make sure everything was going well, helped ensure things wrapped up well, and was just very human and non-corporate the entire time. I'm really appreciative of Tyler and this company in general and would recommend them time and time again. Thanks!

Technician Kevin Loihle came to out residence on short notice to see to our Air conditioner that quit working. He was professional and explained step by step what the work order would entail. He was well spoken and friendly.

Michael O and his partner were very easy to work with. They arrived on-time (actually early) and were very friendly. It was our annual check so not much to discuss. They were in and out in a timely manner.

Bottom line...Mercurio's treated us right...they gave us a competitive price & the sales rep (Tyler) communicated well & followed up with me. During the install, one of the guys cut their hand pretty bad (needed stitches) & Mercurio's adjusted and made a plan so that the furnace install was still completed that day. I am 100% satisfied with Mercurio's and the whole team.

Zack was on time and very friendly, respectful and informative during his visit to do yearly maintenance on my gas furnace and heat pump (two systems for different parts of the house). He even spent extra time patiently teaching me how to use my thermostat properly for maximum efficiency, and gave me ideas for the future as the prices for gas continue to increase. Really appreciated the time he took with me on this visit and the excellent service makes me feel good about the products I purchased.
