Arnold (lead installer) was absolutely 110% professional. He worked with me before, during, and after the install. He and Matt went above the call of duty, making sure all was correct, even my existing downstairs mini-split was secured to code. The install they did for the upstairs was immaculate. Clean up was excellent. Communication was professional. Rich the electrician was also did a great job. I would highly recommend this company and this team of installers.

We purchased our unit from Mercurio's last year and have been really happy with it. Today, Danny came out and completed our free servicing. She was very professional and was able to answer all of my questions I had about the unit. She offered me a service agreement for the unit that was very inexpensive. I was surprised that it even covered my furnace, which I didn't buy from them. Excellent service, I highly recommend them.

I was a customer of Summit Heating which converted to Mercurio’s. The service from both companies were great. I’ve dealt with Amber H through the phone and she’s always been so helpful and friendly. We had AC installed last year and it’s been a blessing. Last week they came out to make sure all is working well. Great experience! Thank you.

Danielle was on time and very professional in her ability to find and fix the problem we were having with our heating unit. We called Mercurio's for emergency service after our current HVAC company said they could have someone out in just under 1 month. Mercurio's came out in under 24 hours. We were so happy with their service, we switched our yearly maintenance program to Mercurio's for just about the same amount of cost but with several extras included. We would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again. We are warm again.

Mario, Chris, and Dillon installed a new furnace and air conditioner for me. It was not an easy job because they had to make the line go underneath a 46” sidewalk and then through a foundation wall and into a crawl space. They worked in the crawl space with some tight spots, dust, and fiberglass particles to install a heavy and unwieldy 1 1/8” line and the accompanying 3/8” line. I went into the crawl space myself to inspect their work the next day, and I inspected every inch of it. They achieved a very professional result, and it was a lot of hard work on their part. Mario and Chris answered all my questions and they were very patient, professional, and accommodating. I give them 5 stars!

Nathan and his partner did a wonderful job while servicing my furnace today. They were both very polite, professional and thorough. I look forward to continued service and support through Mercurio's.

Great experience from initial meeting with Jeremy for estimate through the installation of the AC unit. The installation team (Dan, Michael and David) were highly skilled and provided great customer service. Dan made sure on final inspection that all my questions were answered. I'm very impressed with the team and how clean all the work areas were when they left! Just outstanding.

Charles and Domingo came on time and quickly figured out the issue. They then explained what options I had and got to work. Everything went incredibly smooth and exact to what they explained.

Also, reached out on a Saturday and received a call first thing Monday and set us up the same Monday. That's incredible.

Charles and Chad were excellent. They were on time, professional, and courteous. They kept me informed of what they were doing, worked efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. My house is cool again and I couldn’t be happier.

Everyone that has come to our home to do work has been very knowledgeable on the work they are doing. I like that when I call Mercurio's, I talk to a person and not an automated service. They have also been very honest with me about what the best route is for the current issue. On top of all of that, I never have to wait weeks for an appointment. They are usually out the next day or two, and sometimes same day.
They recently came out and installed a new hot water tank, which is a service I didn't know they do until recently.
