Robert was very friendly and knowledgeable about our furnace. This is our first house with a furnace, so as he serviced it, he took time to answer all of our questions and explain the furnace's basic components.

Brian and David arrived today, April 7, 2023, to replace my electric service panel at 7:50am and finished going over the whole installation with us at 7:50pm. They were fantastic doing a huge job that entailed an existing Hot tub panel and generator panel and installation of a brand new 200 amp service panel. They were efficient, professional, timely, and hard workers. I can’t say enough about their work except I am so pleased with the finished product. I was pleased with Mercurio's from start to finish. The initial Service Tech explained options of repair vs new. Customer Service Rep was thorough in providing multiple quotes on new systems. And after deciding on new, Installation Techs were on time, thorough, attentive to details and explained everything as they worked. Clean up was spot on too! Overall a very good experience.

Brain did an incredible job for us. He was prompt and did great work. He knew what the problem was in minutes and had the part on his truck to fix it! We really appreciated him coming out and representing his company and himself very well.

Mr. Loc was at the house for several days trying to find a very small leak in the refrigerant lines. He determined the leak was in one of the in-house coils. He acquired a replacement coil and had it installed and running in good time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would use and highly recommend him and his company.

Sam and his team did an excellent job installing our new heat pump and furnace! We are very pleased with their work, including educating us about our new system. They arrived on time and left our garage clean and neat. We plan to use their maintenance service. We are very grateful for their work.

Here is your response: All of their people, from beginning to end, were friendly, helpful, and informative. The two installers, Dan and Michael, did an excellent job and answered questions about what they were doing. Also, after he finished working in our furnace room/workshop, Dan swept the floor and generally organized the space around the furnace, leaving it much better than he found it. We also thought the job Michael did in preparing the foundation for the new heat pump, setting it in place, and securing it, including installing earthquake straps, was very well done.

Dani was great! My appointment time slot was from 12:00-2:00 and Dani showed up right at 12. Dani seemed very knowledgeable and explained the issue. The issue was resolved in one visit. Dani was also very patient and loving to my dog, which is a huge plus. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Dani and Mercurio's to everyone. Happy customer!

Mercurio's provided great customer service with their heat pump system. The salesman, Steve Dennison, answered all of our questions about the system and followed up with us on several occasions. The installation team, especially "Donny" the lead technician, were skilled, professional, friendly and cleaned up as they worked to install the system. They completed the job in one day and the system works great! Thanks Mercurio's!

We received excellent service on a heat pump fan replacement by the Mercurio technician. They arrived on time; wore shoe covers in the house; consistently communicated about the task; they provided us with some belated by priceless information on how to maximize the efficiency of our system. They only glitch was that their call center communication was identified by my cell phone as spam!
