Mercurio's Heating & Air Conditioning

We had not had our heating and a/c units checked out for a few years. Was worried that an issue would be found, or would be upsold on new units. David with Mercurio’s showed up and was very professional and found no issues. He showed pictures of his work and assured us that everything was in working order. Will definitely continue to be a customer whenever we need our heater or a/c units serviced!

The field technicians are knowledgeable and get into the job quickly, but at the same time they take care to keep the homeowner’s property clean. The office staff calls to alert the client when the tech is on his/her way. This was their third service visit and all their work has been consistent. I think this is good company to do business with.

I was shopping for a new heat pump and furnace and was referred by an acquaintance to Mercurios Heating and Cooling Co. In the past I had very bad experience by two other local companies. I was hesitant at first however, I must express the level of satisfaction I had is amazingly joyful. The sales person knew my budget, he was considerate in helping me make the best choices. There were no hidden costs, or surprises. The two technicians arrived on schedule, were very professional throughout the completion of the installation. I was fully explained how to use the new thermostat, how to operate the system and the app correctly. They were very pleasant answering any questions that I had in a way for me to understand. I recommend Mercurios Heating and Cooling Co., very very highly if you want great service, great communication, and skillful technicians who take pride in their work and company they work for give them a call. I've been using the new system for a few weeks now and everything is working great!

We've been Mercurio's customers for years and will continue to use them. They are on time, efficient, and provide consistently excellent customer service. Our technician was Chris (I didn't see his photo listed but he did great work). He installed an heirloom light fixture and it looks gorgeous. Another very satisfying Mercurio's experience.

We’ve had them do several things for us. First was servicing our old furnace which was priced well and went great. Then we had them back to clean our ducts and service again. Finally, we just had them out to install a new furnace, heat pump system, and thermostat. All went great they got everything done all in one day. The guys were super great cleaned up everything when they were done, and were excellent at explaining how everything with our new system worked. I would recommend them to everyone!

All of the guys (Tyler, Arnold, Matt, Chrishna, Joe, and Jacob) were highly professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job. They were very considerate that I was working from home during the install.

Our split unit was leaking water into our home. Thom came out and did a phenomenal job with notifying us of all of the concerns. He was timely, professional, and personable. He treated our home with respect and made us feel like valued customers. We plan to use Mercurio for all of our heating and cooling needs in the future. This was a great experience. We highly recommend!

They installed AC in our house - they had a great quote, and they fit me in really quickly. The crew was very professional and they did an excellent install. Will update this review if anything changes, but so far we are incredibly pleased.

Tyler provided an excellent estimate which was followed in detail by the installers Donald and Jaimie. When I had a question the day after install about the new thermostat setting I couldn't change they sent someone out to take me through it and verify proper operation couldn't ask for a better experience. It was also the best price out of three estimates.

We had an estimate done with Steve over a year ago for a ductless A/C unit. He was very informative and when I received different information from another business Steve explained the estimate, where they get the numbers from, and made me feel very confident in choosing mercurios! A year later we moved forward and had our unit as well as an ev car charger installed. The technicians who came out were friendly professional and efficient! We couldn’t be happier with the service we have received from Mercurios from start to finish, highly recommend!
