Mercurio's Heating & Air Conditioning

Good, smart technician. They cancelled the first time for unexpected issues (no problem), but came out promptly the second time. Did a good diagnosis and fixed our leaky refrigerant line to the mini-split. Clear, caring, good work. Willing to work out a good price and maintenance plan. Will use again.

Only reason it is 4 stars is the tech starts with "I've never seen this brand, and not sure I can get parts", yet I told them the brand when I booked them to come out.

Really enjoyed having Zach as the tech who serviced the heating unit. His answers to my many questions was informative and he was very patient, helping to explain the type of unit we have in our new home and options for future upgrades if we decide to go that route. The unit was so clean when he was done. We'll definitely get on the maintenance plan and hope he continues to be our technician. Thank you Zach!

Our heat pump broke during a heat wave and Mercurio's was able to send a technician (Rob) out that week to diagnose the problem. He went over options with us and the next day we met again with Athena to discuss next steps. Ultimately we decided to replace our 15 year old unit and it will be done within days! Both Rob and Athena were personable and professional, and we look forward to keeping cool again soon!

Update: Anthony and Kyle from the installation team were super chill and knowledgeable, and I trusted their expertise. We got our new heat pump quickly and the price seems very fair for the services we received.

Ben, Jayme, and Andrew have been amazing! Ben gave me the most in-depth, professional consultation which led me to ultimately go with Mercurio’s for our entirely new heating and cooling system. He asked questions that no other company did and gave me honest, upfront information. I now see why so many of my neighbors recommend Mercurio’s.
Jayme and Andrew worked 2 long days and were fantastic. Polite, calm, and extremely professional. They did such a great job installing a heat pump and A/C in our older house. We are so happy! We HIGHLY recommend going with Mercurio’s!

This is a very professional company. Joe did the bid for my project. He was friendly, timely and put no pressure on us or try to upsell. He was also timely to respond to questions before our install via text.

Dan and Michael did the install at my house. Both were friendly and obviously great at their work. They even climbed in the small crawl space where other companies said they would not. Very very thankful for that.

My system of 4 mini splits is running very well. I would highly recommend Mercurio's if you are looking to have a ductless heat pump and mini splits installed in your older home.

Our AC unit started malfunctioning yesterday. Booked an appointment with Mercurio’s after reading reviews for the next day but thankfully they were able to send someone today. Thom was kind and professional going through our system and identifying the issue and resolving it. I can’t say thank you enough for being able to get our AC working again in less than a day!

Outstanding service.

While Mercurio's will not be the least expensive quote, they will be the best value. They are responsive on the phone, on-time for appointments, and have technicians and installers who are very knowledgeable. And trust me, you do not want to go with the "budget" installer and risk not having working A/C during the hot months, or heat in the winter.

We had a full furnace and heat-pump replacement done (minus the outdoor unit, which was almost brand-new), and the installation was meticulous. They replaced and insulated more than they had to, and even went through the effort to install concrete anchors for the outdoor unit.

I've been through several HVAC companies, and Mercurio's is the best by far.

Mark in sales was amazing. Answered all my questions, even the super random ones. Answered my phone call every time. Mark made sure to explain everything that was happening.

The boys that came out to install my furnace and AC were great as well. They explained the process as they went. Asked me what I would like or dislike. I believe their names were Chrisna, Sam, Brian and Donald.

Even the ladies in the office were wonderful.

Everyone was very good at communicating and following up.
