We had Tyler A. as our consultant, and Arnold and Matt as our service team. They installed a new furnace and hot water heater after our furnace died on us; luckily they were able to come out and give us a quote right away, and they were able to secure a unit for us within a few days. Everyone who helped us was so friendly, and Tyler showed concern for our comfort, offering to bring space heaters in the short few days between the quote and the installation. Tyler gave us some good advice on how to proceed with the many repairs we would need done, and he patiently went over cost and our options. The installation went smoothly with no issues, and our house is warm again! Arnold and Matt did a great job explaining what they were doing before, during, and after the installation. They had a lot of work since our furnace and hot water heater were old, and they managed it all within a day. They left the work areas clean and neat. We are thankful to the people at Mercurio’s who took such good care of us and our home!

I am used to excellent service and my house staying warm and cozy due to the excellent annual maintenance provided. David did a great job. Was on time, did his job efficiently and left me at ease my systems will work as expected. Mercurio’s gives great annual discounts and even provide filters for the whole year. Do your self a favor and get honest professional work done on your furnace by these guys. They know their job. Thanks again!

Had a surge protector installed today (5/26/23) for our Heat Pump.
Rich, the Technician who installed the device, was on-time, very professional, properly equipped, and started the job immediately, finishing in just under 45 minutes.
Now, as a customer of Mercurio's, I need to let you know, they are not the least expensive or most expensive, but you get what you pay for as they say.
The work performed will protect our monetary investment in the heating/cooling system for our house and is worth the money.

I called this company because our heater just stopped working. The service charge JUST to come out and to diagnose the issue was almost $400 alone. I believe a technician named Rob came. He was unfriendly from the beginning and within a short time said that we needed a new water pump. I watched him pour water into the hose to "prove" his diagnosis. I trusted him, and since we were in the coldest months of winter and desperately needed heat, I signed for the payment. OVER $400 FOR PUMP. In order to avoid one of the two ridiculous priced service fees I bought the member deal for a year to get a free service at a later date, which also meant that if we needed another service we would get priority on an appointment. TWO days later the heater stopped working again. I called, told a lady what happened she said someone could come out in a weeks time. I had to remind her of my membership and that priority on an appointment. A technician named Thomas came out, very nice, and worked on the heater and got it running again. We paid over $800 because of the unfriendly, scam technician Rob the first time, and after two technicians working on it, still have issues with the heater. By the way, this same pump is FORTY DOLLARS on Amazon and that water Rob poured into the hose is still there. I called this place because they had really good reviews so I'm glad that some people are happy with them. I, on the other hand, will most certainly never use them for any service ever again.

This is the 3rd time Kevin has performed the annual maintenance service on our ductless system. He is always very thorough and explains his work and answers questions very well. He also provides good suggestions for how best to maintain the system. I highly recommend him.

Kevin came to assist us with our fairly new HVAC system ( 3 years old). He helped explain what we needed to do for maintenance and made some minor repairs. He helped explain some of our thermostat issues.

Kevin texted and called with his arrival time, was professional and courteous, serviced three HVAC systems at our residence, and educated aged owner as to the systems and their upkeep needs. Found a condenser that was failing and replaced it with a part on hand. Signed up for yearly maintenance due to the quality of service and fair cost.
