Platinum mechanical has been a great company to work with. Communication with the offices as well as the plumbers has been excellent from day one. We have been dealing with some complicated drainage issues that have been hard to figure out. Earnie and Johnny have been extremely helpful in working toward a solution. I highly recommend this company… Just don’t make them so busy that we can’t access them!:)

Anthony went above and beyond his call of duty working with a great team. They did a very professional job, was on time and have the pipes throughout my house being like brand new again. I had my whole house done because my house is an older home and I'm glad I did because my house needed it. These guys did a great job. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

From the first call to the last communication after install, I was so impressed with Platinum Mechanical. We did have a snafu in appt time which was their error. Not only did I receive a heartfelt apology, but also a 100$ credit applied to my bill!
Chandler came out to give me a bid for a new weather heater installation. I had done my research, knew what I wanted and where I wanted the newer, wider tank installed and he listened, heard my concerns, gave no false promises but determined they could indeed make it happen. The installation was professional and efficient. Anthony and Bud worked together like a well oiled machine and were done with installation in no time. Happy to recommend this great company! Will use them again without hesitation!
