I had an amazing experience with Platinum services. They took care of my water heater, my HVAC and plumbing. All the staff members were very polite and considerate, and very friendly. They walked me through every step that they were working on, and I always knew where things were at in the progress. I absolutely recommend them. !!

Check the HVAC, more specifically, the air conditioning. The repairman was very efficient and left me feeling fully informed of my situation. He was a great representative for your company.

The team at Platinum Mechanical helped reconfigure our shower lines and replace our shower following the recent cold snap which froze our shower supply and drain despite our best efforts to prevent freezing.

Overall, we're very happy with the experience, and Ryan and his team did a great job, had great energy, and explained the improvements they made clearly and effectively. They did really great work and have significantly improved the state of our primary bathroom!

There were some logistical / communication issues ahead of our interactions with Ryan. When Anthony - also very kind and informative - came out earlier to make assessments and provide a quote, he told us we'd be seen on the coming Tuesday and asked that we remove parts of our tin ceiling from the kitchen below the shower ahead of our appointment. We removed the metal ceiling tiles (which can't be re-used after removal due to bending and warping during removal) over the weekend in preparation. We adjusted our calendars to meet the Tuesday appointment. We never received the usual digital confirmation that Platinum's booking service sends via text and email. By Tuesday morning, we still hadn't received anything so I called in explaining the situation. Holly (another super kind person) said we were on the schedule for the next day. She pushed through those digital confirmations and we adjusted our schedules again. In the end, Ryan didn't need to go through the ceiling below, so now we have to refinish that ceiling. I'd give 5 stars for the work that was done, but the communication upfront regarding the ceiling and scheduling has left us frustrated and with another large project and expense that could have been avoided. It was a holiday week after a ridiculous freeze, so I know they were busy and understand how that could have contributed to these issues.

We'll definitely use their services again, but will be more assertive in ensuring we're actually on the calendar for the date/time communicated to us. As we only used their plumbing services, we can't speak to their other offerings, but would gladly recommend Ryan and his team to anyone in the Spokane area in need of plumbing services.

While in the process of getting new countertops, installed we ran into a plumbing issue while removing the old kitchen sinks. Not only could we not get apart our very old pipes and lines but they started leaking. We had to turn off water to the entire house to stop the leaks. Unbelievably, Ryan and Bart from Platinum Mechanical were out here within an hour and were able to work around the countertop installers to fix the problems. Thank you very much!

I called because of a frozen pipe under my M.H. and they were out within an hour and were able to get my water running quickly. They also installed new heat tape and fixed our vapor barrier which another plumbing company did not do when they repaired a broken pipe. Can not recommend Platinum Mechanical highly enough!

We had a wonderful experience with Platinum for a chunk of pipe repair. We did 3 different company estimates and they were the middle bid. Valerie provided 5 options, was not pushy at all, and was really knowledgable about older homes. For the repair Ernesto was on time, respectful, and informative. Our basement was a hot mess of pipes and he really made it a more usable space and simplified what we had. He was great with my energetic dogs and respectful of me working from home simultaneously. We have every intention to continue to use Platinum Mechanical for future work.

Sherman and Donevin are the best electricians! They are very thorough and meticulous and listen to what the customer wants! I highly recommend making them your go to electricians! I know I will be!

I'm in need of a new water heater, it will be install, as promised, as-soon as tomorr aftern. Very pleased with how Valerie took charge, had all the right answers and was friendly. A real doer, it seemed, getting the job done, at all costs. I was even reassured about the price and I was given finance help in a minute. Very helpful for my sistuation.
