I can't speak for their service, but I can speak as a shopper who delivered SIX 40 bottle cases of water, and numerous items from Costco-Delivered accurately, and quickly, unloaded everything for them, They don't tip shoppers.. As a business who's ordering bulk heavy items-you should tip.. Not to is rude, and inconsiderate. Won't deliver for them again. How you treat others speaks volumes.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! I would highly recommend for anyone who wants the job done correctly and in a timely manner. They got the job done and answered any and all questions we had.

Sam is the man. Kitchen sink line was nasty clogged. It took several passes with the snake to clear it. While he was fixing that, he noticed my water heater supply line was about ready to burst. Saved my bacon.

What an outstanding business. They were professional and responsive from start to finish. Easy to get an appointment for diagnosis of hot water heater issue and they returned the next day to replace my hot water heater. I live outside of their local area and they arrived at promised time both visits. They covered my floor to protect it and cleaned up everything prior to leaving. I highly recommend this company.

I was having issues with the a tankless water setup and they had a representative out to my house within 20 minutes and had the issue fixed in about 30 minutes. I couldn't have asked for a better company to help me .

We called Platinum and had an immediate response. Valerie and Larry came out and evaluated our situation. What we thought was the main sewer line being plugged turned out to be our septic system needing to be emptied. They were great tried to pay them for their time but they wouldn't hear of it. Larry , the plumber that came to repair and fix my plumbing issues was very knowledgeable about how to fix old cast iron plumbing. He helped me understand what the job entailed in easy to understand detail. The job was done quicker than I imagined it would take. And I was very satisfied with the over all cost of the finished repairs and it was very close to the estimated cost of the job ! Thanks Larry
