I called Platinum Mechanical about 10:30 am 3 days before Thanksgiving~ Holly was very accommodating, very knowledgeable and asked me specific questions and I realized she was very on-top of her game. She has scheduled Johnny and Earny to come out just a half hour later~ 11:00 am same day Johnny and Earny show up to my home and give me a quote and I was estatic! They went and bought the parts and within 1 hour of the quote the plumbing job was done! Ive been doing dishis in my bathtub for over two weeks, I wish I had known about this Company sooner! I am so relieved to know I have a Company to call my own now!!!🤗😉 Thank you Johnny & Earny for your honesty and integrity today~ I'll be seeing you soon on other issues in my home~

We had our floor drain fail. Jaymin & Mike replaced it with a modern one. They were professional, pleasant and efficient. They had to jackhammer concrete out & put new cement in. Anthony & another reinstalled the washer and dryer. The result is a nice looking laundry area. A good company with excellent employees. I highly recommend them.

Ryan Anderson and Anthony Arroyo are awesome. They had a cancelation and came out to us early to install a new water heater. They were quick and left everything neat and clean. They were polite and professional and the dogs loved them😄

Chandler was polite and professional. Cleared my bathtub drain in less than half an hour.
Now it flows freely.

Jaymin did a thorough job explaining the costs for a new toilet installation and kitchen faucet replacement. Brandon did the toilet replacement and Mike installed the new kitchen faucet. All three were friendly, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Platinum Mechanical!

Anthony and the other guys showed up on time everytime they came over, they stayed until the job was done, Anthony was very clear and informative about my pipes and water pressure issues. Most importantly, we can take hot showers here again and wash our dishes! Also very thankful to John who came through because he was the only one that could fit in this tiny area in my basement. Would recommend to anyone.

Edit: Just want to add that there was some further work to do and Anthony was going to come back the next day, but I was busy that day, so he had Ryan and his partner come through a day later. Ryan was also very informative and told/showed me what he did and how to maintain it. Big thank you to the 8 different guys I've had here this week.

I haven’t used them yet. Got a quote. I gave them the different ideas I had and they answered quickly and told the pros and cons for me to decide.

We were having troubles with our water heater not heating up, Valerie came out and was super helpful, she was able to diagnose the issue quickly and fix it even faster! She was very friendly and knowledgeable. We will recommend services to anyone who asks, thank you again Valerie!

Service was on time and the crew was knowledgeable and very good at his profession and the job was done in a couple of hours I had a gas line connected from the through floor stub to the out sit of my new manufactured home to allow for a propane tank to be installed the work was done correctly and looks good my only issue it the cost of over $1400.00 dollars even with parts it was over $500’.00 per hour to have this done therefore I would not recommend this company it’s to expensive.
I was in the in home service industry for 30yrs and would never be able to charge that kind of money !!!
