Jim came to look at the tankless water heater that is not working properly. He helped me to decide what should be done. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. We are getting a new water heater and so happy for the prompt work that will be done.

Daniel Hobsen did his best to get my drain unplugged but the problem was far worse than expected and needed to be replaced. He gave me a fair bid and also ended up replacing my water lines leading to the sink so once the area was reinsulated it would not have to be reopened at a future time for any possible leaks or issues due to my aged water lines. They also fixed a leak and replaced several feet of water line that had been poorly plumbed that was coming into our house and ended up putting in a spicket going to the outside of the house also and all within the original bid. Sam Rodriguez and his helper came and did the work, they were on time and were professional. Sam explained to me any questions I had and made sure everything was functioning properly after the water was turned back on. As strange as it was the toilet wasn't functioning properly after the water was back on even though it had nothing to do with the work that was done. Sam went out of his way to fix it and ended up replacing parts in the tank to get it functioning properly at no additional cost.They went the extra mile to give quality service, Iwould have them back in the future if needed and would recommend them to others, thanks platinum mechanical

These guys are amazing!! I called them late afternoon on a Saturday, Anthony showed up on Sunday to identify the leak and Valerie was here first thing Monday morning to fix it. Excellent, quick, reliable, professional, friendly and reasonably priced - we will definitely be using Platinum Mechanical for all of our future needs and recommending them to everyone we know.

Valerie came on time to give me a quote to replace my leaking water heater that was original to my home (1994). I was impressed with her knowledge and she quickly provided me with quotes while being at my home.

I recently had a poor initial experience with Platinum Mechanical. There were scheduling errors and an oversight on a bid that did not include an advertised rate.

However, ANY company, both good and bad, can make mistakes. What sets good companies apart from bad ones is how they handle the disconnect when it is discovered.

It was clear that Platinum Mechanical was genuinely concerned with service recovery. Upon hearing my concerns, the manager called me personally to both explain what happened and to apologize. They handled this well and the problems I experienced were probably an anomaly. I would consider using them in the future.

Valerie was not only incredibly polite, she listened and addressed my situation with empathy. She was efficient, knowledgeable and patient with answering all my questions.
She was very thorough in explaining the plumbing problem and how it was to be fixed.
I will recommend your company and Valerie to friends and family who need assistance with your services.

This is a five star review as now that the installation is complete, I am actually warm in the home! I upgraded from baseboard heat to a gas furnace and A/C unit.
Platinum does leave plenty of room for improvement but they got the job done and it works great!
What could use improvement? Communication! I felt the time it took to reply to my messages was above a satisfactory level. One day, the crew did not show up and we were not informed of it so my came home to let them in and, like I said, nobody showed up.
The overall time the job took was four times longer than they estimated. This is due to a few factors that they did not take into account. First, through discussion, one of the techs told me that they do not do a lot of cut in instillations. Also, there were a few supply issues and at least one incorrect part. I recommend taking these things into consideration beforehand and then finishing the job ahead of schedule.
Lastly, there were a couple of small quality issues. I had a gas line installed for a nat gas stove and they stubbed the line in below my note showing where to install and it also stubbed into my shelf 6". They were happy to shorten it and I didn't bother having them raise it to a better location.
The other quality issue was the hole cutting procedure. They cut from the backside of the wall into the cabinet which splintered the wood inside rather than back drilling it from the front after a pilot hole for a clean cut. No big deal as I intend to paint inside anyway. However, I also have to fix some ceiling sheetrock do to the same issue when vents were installed. The hole in the way extrudes out past the vent. Totally fixable, yet avoidable by simply scoring the ceiling with a knife before finishing the cut.
The crew of John and Kyle who were here most often were very friendly and I felt safe leaving them alone in my home.
While acknowledging the issues, overall, I am very pleased with the installation and would recommend them for future work.

Kitchen sink drain clogged. Ernesto was able to arrive earlier than I was scheduled . He was very polite, professional, and friendly .Took care of the problem very quickly. Highly recommend.

Sam was on time and very professional came to fix slow drain. While investigating the drain found a small leak in pipe above water heater. Got drain working and fixed leak. I am very satisfied with the work will use Platinum Mechanical again.

Romulus and Daniel were fabulous. I highly recommend their electrical work. Romulus was the team leader and he handled everything beautifully.
