I live in a very old house with lots of issues. They fixed my current problem and I will definitely have them back to update the plumming I highly recommend this company.

Jim and Platinum Mechanical quite literally saved Christmas for us.
Our furnace blower motor went out Friday afternoon before we were supposed to leave for the (Christmas) weekend. After 30+ calls to other companies and being told they had a week wait, we got ahold of Platinum and they sent Jim out Friday night. He determined the blower motor was the problem, picked a new one up first thing Saturday (Christmas Eve) morning, and had it fully installed and working by 9am which allowed us to make our family's Christmas gathering. Jim and Platinum could have easily pushed the repair off to the following week, but instead went above and beyond to come in on a holiday weekend and help our family out. Platinum will be our first call for any HVAC-related work in the future.
