Platinum Mechanical

We've had Platinum come by several times as we tried to figure out some plumbing issues. They have been very responsive, professional and helpful. Earnie has shown that he truly cares about the client. We have more work to be done to finish this project and we assume things will continue to go well as we work with Platinum Mechanical.

Val was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I certainly recommend their business. I was just getting a quote today, but Val’s knowledge and information regarding the process helped me make an informed decision.

The electricians who came out were prompt, efficient, thorough, very communicative and had a quote before leaving. I haven’t used their service to do the job but may in the future.

Anthony was quick, careful, and professional. After completing the clean out of the drain, he used a camera to assess the situation, pointing out a problem that I knew about. He gave me valuable advice for avoiding a future repeat of the problem. He is truly in the customer's corner. I would recommend Platinum without any reservation. They follow through and "git er done"!

I was helped by Renae over the phone who got me an appointment the next morning. Ernesto came over and fixed my faucet issues right away. Fast and easy fix. Thank you guys!

Ok if you need a plumber, use these guys. Had a frozen pipe and great dispatch / customer service from Holly and Veronica. Coldest day of the year and the first plumber assessed our situation via FaceTime and choose to go to a more a job with a family with no water. This was 1.5 days before Xmas. Great call. They rescheduled and came out and added a cutoff valve quickly and done well.

The scheduler misunderstood what I needed for an estimate but Daniel made notes and contacted office so they could schedule proper specialty for job and was rescheduled that day for a new appointment...Very professional and cooperative and helpful...thank you

Only a day after signing the papers to move into our house, we came to the property to start moving in only to discover that the pipes had burst under the house and it was flooding the crawl space. Being new to the house, we didn't know where the water shutoff was, and we tried to call a number of plumbers only to be told there was nothing they could do until at least 4 days later.
When we called Valerie and Veronica with Platinum Mechanical, they took our concerns seriously, and went above and beyond to find a plumber that could help us as soon as possible, as well as calling around to find a restoration service/someone to come out immediately to shut the main off. They were amazing and we look forward to working with them in the future as well.

As an update, Val and Holly and everyone have continued to be amazing. We had additional problems come up since the initial emergency, and they have stepped up to help with each one or helped us find someone who could. Its rare to find such a great group of people these days. We highly recommend them!

Levi was delightful. Quick, friendly service. I will definitely ask for him on my next plumbing call.

Platnium Mechanical was excellent! Chandler came in the time window stated and was prompt and efficient in determining our problem was not plumbing but electrical with our water heater. Would certainly recommend this company and will use again!
