Platinum Mechanical

First off, the guys doing the actual work seemed down to earth stand up guys. Definitely not the same for management. Platinum mechanical mistakingly dug looking for pipes that were located on the other side of the yard. THEY DUG IN THE WRONG PLACE! So big gaping whole and sprinklers torn all out on the wrong side! Then when they found the pipes shoring to contain the trench was unavailable. So again huge gaping hole in the front yard. And so now I have a 1800.00 repair my yard quote (cheapest of 3 by over 1000.00) and the platinum mechanical representative is telling me I'm taking advantage of the situation when I ask them to cover half that bill. He says the best they can do after all that is 462.00 my bill to platinum mechanical after it is was done was about 15,000 Platinum Mechanical in my experience will not fix a mistake made by themselves. Untrustworthy! Customer lost. Also they left a mess for me to clean in between my sidewalk and street. Proofs in the pics.

Levi and Cameron were awesome! I had my water heater replaced which should have been simple but turned into a major project in my old home. They also found a leak in my shower that they resolved while they were here. I cannot express my appreciation enough for the thoroughness and gratitude for staying all day to resolve my plumbing issues. Highest praises to these gentlemen, highly recommend!

These guys are not only professional but they also truly care about you. I requested dishwasher installation services. Ernie showed on time and he did an excellent job. Later on, I discovered that my sink started having some issues. Ernie and Amanda both showed up at my house to take care of this issue. Even the front desk person, Candy, is very friendly and communicative. They are absolutely the best. I appreciate you guys' hard work!

Our hot water heater had been intermittently not producing hot water. Given its 25 year age I decided to have it replaced. I requested estimates from 3 companies and all were able to have someone at my place within a couple hours of my call. Platinum was the first and also the most friendly and welcoming of my questions. Before they left they mentioned that they would do their best to price match any competitor. After deciding to go with them they had a crew at my place with a new tank that afternoon. I know it all depends on how busy they are, but having a new tank installed in just over 6 hours after i first called was certainly unexpected!

The install crew was very professional and considerate of my house. Even removing and installing such a bulky item as a hot water heater there were no inadvertent dings to and walls or doors. I inspected their work and it was all very well done and to code. The inspector that came the next day was equally complimentary.

I will likely need a new furnace in the coming years as well and I will not hesitate to use Platinum again!

I’ve only just begun my relationship with Platinum Mechanical but I’m already blown away by their professionalism and customer service. Valerie came to do an estimate for a new water heater and she’s just amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly, on time, and I felt like she was already working for me before I had even decided to sign with her company. Customer service from the office, also excellent. I’ll follow up this review once the water heater is installed. Feeling a lot of confidence!

Levi and his apprentice were great. They got the job done quickly and gave me some tips on how to keep the issue from happening again. Unfortunately the price was EXTREMELY high at $750 to replace a valve that was pretty easy to get to and took an 1 hour to replace. I am 20 minutes out of Spokane so not sure if their “out of town” dispatch fee added a substantial amount or not. But in the end I decided to not get other quotes.

These guys are amazing! We own a fast food restaurant and had an electrical problem with the fryer. They got out the same day and got us up and running. They were professional, thorough and explained everything they were truly awesome!

I was working out of town & my son had an issue with the cartridge not allowing the water to turn off, it was stuck open. Valerie, was able to fix the issue, change out the cartridge within an hour when I called. Thank you so much Valerie!!!

Had them come out to see if they could work on an outside drain. Was able to schedule fast which was nice. They weren’t able to do the drain, it was a little out of their scope but Valarie called a few people for me to see how I could get the drain done and checked if it was the county’s responsibility or not. Very helpful and nice! Would definitely use them again!

Ryan did a great job and was able to get it done same day. This was awesome because were were without water until the repair could be made. Will be using them again in the future.
