Sherman Hatley and is partner, Donovan, from Platinum Mechanical did an excellent job installing new lights in my master bathroom and laundry room. I was very impressed with everyone at Platinum Mechanical. I called on a Tuesday and the work was done by Friday afternoon. Sherman provided the estimate and then went and purchased everything needed so I didn’t have to sort that out myself. I will absolutely call them when I need additional work done!

From the moment I spoke to Holly on the phone, she was so pleasant, endearing, helpful, and attentive. I was put at ease, and I felt confident that she was going to make sure to send the right team out to fix my plumbing problems. I was not disappointed at all, as a matter of fact, they fixed my plumbing issues immediately above and beyond my expectations. She sent technicians Ryan and Bart and they both were punctual, knowledgeable, professional and patient with all my requests. It's so wonderful to find a company like Platinum Mechanical with such expertise who really cares and take pride in their work. I have already recommended them to my family and friends.

Sherman and Donovan (I think he spelled it different) were AMAZING. They helped us figure out what needed to be done on our house, and worked so hard to complete it. They flushed the water heaters at two of my properties. He also reviewed my plumbing system.
He was on time. Professional and pleasant.
The company had to reschedule twice because of emergencies elsewhere but both times they let us know they weren’t coming and rescheduled us within a couple of days.

Had Platinum come out and bid a water heater replacement. Even though we ended up going in a different direction, I very much appreciated the experience we had. Ryan came out to fix my hot water in my shower. He was early, quick, thorough, and explained everything. He handled the billing with my home warranty company. I will definitely be using them again!

Sam and Bart did two drain cleanings today and I couldn't be more impressed and quickly they did their work. Sam was very knowledgeable about the system and just from a couple of minutes being in the house could provide lots of information to how things worked. Sam cleaned out both drains quickly and efficiently and Bart did a great job of assisting and cleaning up and preventing any mess from being made. Really do like how Bart paid attention to being clean and ready for anything that could happen. Will definitely work with them again with anything that comes up.

EXCELLENT service on all levels from initial phone inquiry to completed plumbing repairs! I would highly recommend these folks - they'll be the first call I make if more work is needed.
