My very first experience with Fox Plumbing was about a decade ago when 'the' afferent water 'main' suddenly broke on a weekend. Within about an hour: they were on-site with a whole team, repaired the main and my front yard even looked like new within about 4 hours. That was amazing.

Even for little non-emergencies, like a sluggish drain that was repaired this morning, they are terrific. Important to me that they never ever make 'big' jobs out of little ones. I always know what to expect and they treat me respectfully.

We LOVE Fox plumbing! We had an URGENT problem, and Konrad solved it. Our water heater died on a Saturday, the same day we had Airbnb guests arriving! Konrad was able to come over, assess the problem, and install a new water heater that afternoon. On top of that, he was professional, knowledgeable, and easy-going.
We will definitely be using Fox from now on!

We called Fox Plumbing to come fix a leak under our house. Cason came out and not only was prompt, but efficient. We needed a no nonsense fix as we just lost our Mom and this was her house. Cason was friendly, reassuring and professional. That made all the difference for us. Thank you!

I scheduled an appointment with Fox Plumbing, Heating & Cooling to fix my mini split system which was leaking water. It took around 2 weeks to get a tech to come out. The tech arrived and unclogged my condensate line (a pretty routine service from what I understand), they seemed friendly and professional. Everything seemed good to go and the tech left.

However, barely an hour after the tech left, my A/C started leaking again. I called Fox plumbing a total of 3 times over two days, each time asking that someone come back ASAP to finish the repair I had already paid them to do. Every time the person on the line assured me I would get a callback from someone very soon, yet that call never materialized.

Finally, 3 days after the initial service I receive a voicemail asking if I still needed service. At this point I'm not even sure why they bothered calling back as there was no way I would use them again.

Overall I would not recommend Fox Plumbing, Heating & Cooling because the follow up when something goes wrong with their service is abysmal. I expected a prompt response given the circumstances.

I just want to say simply Thanks to Fox .They are very professional my water heater was leaking like flood in the Garage. Did not know what to do. I called them from the receptionist to the technician very professional. Matt Technician came to my house he shut the gas and water first. Very impressive. Then he showed us the options about the heater. We pick up the one of option and he said to us it is 0430 pm he can't buy the product otherwise he could fix it same day. Next morning he came early and fix the whole thing. Very happy with their service. Matt is very friendly answering all my questions. He has "Can do attitude." Best customer service.

Fox Plumbing installed a replacement hot water heater for us about 15 years ago and we were very satisfied with the service which is why we called them again when we were ready to install the new hot water heater which we had already purchsed. We shut down and drained the existing hot water heater before the plumber arrived.

Our first experience with them cost about $350 and we expected somewhere around $500 since this was 15 years later. The plumber, however, told us that the cost would be just over $1200. He later reduced it to $1000 which was helpful but still extremely high. I later found out that the typical labor cost to replace a hot water heater is somewhere around $450.

The plumber was very good at his job and I have no fault with his work. However, I feel that we were GROSSLY overcharged for a job that took him less than 2 hours!!!

The toilet was clogged and “Fate” the guy came in , on time , very assertive, fast and clean ! knew what he was doing for sure ! Very professional! Been using this company for many years never disappointed! Thank you Fate !

Easily the worst decision to hire these guys. I have an electric furnace whose heat strip was damaged. The technician from the Fox plumbing inspected it, charged me $150 just for inspection and, gave me the quote of $963 for the part and $357 for the labor charges for ~30 minutes of work. The actual part costed around $300 from another provider. When I was ready to schedule the appointment, I called them and, they charged me ~$750 promptly over the phone and said that they will confirm the appointment based on the technician's availability in a couple of hours. I received no call for the next 2 days. So, I called them after 2 days. I was informed that they don't have the part available, but they went ahead and scheduled the appointment after 7 days, hoping the part would be available then. The day before the appointment, I called them and asked if they have the part ready; and I was told that the part is ready in their facility, and the technician will come over on the next day between 12-5 PM.

On the day of the appointment, I received an email that the technician is on the way at 12.46 PM. Nobody showed up until 5 PM. So, I texted them over the message system that this is the waste of time and energy, and please refund me my money. No response from them. I called the next day and the receptionist cut the phone in the middle of the conversation. I was not called back for the next hour. So, I called again and asked for the refund, and I received a response in a very rude tone telling me that the person I was talking to, can't help me out and I should wait for someone from the Fox Plumbing to call me and help me out. Knowing that Fox never called me back up until now, I gave up, admitting that I've lost my ~$750 deposit.

After 2 days, I surprisingly got a call from them apologizing for the experience. I was informed that the part will be shipped to their office 4 days afterwards, and they would like to send the technician after 4 days. I asked why did someone lie to me 2 weeks back that they had the part ready? To which, they responded that the person I talked to 2 weeks back, had no idea if the part was available or not. I was fuming at this stage and, asked for the refund of my deposit. The only good thing they did was to refund my deposit the next day.

If anyone reading this wants to save yourself from the lies, missed promises and misinformation and do not want to waste your time, money and energy chasing Fox Plumbing, I urge you all: PLEASE DO NOT USE FOX PLUMBING, HEATING & COOLING for any of your needs. You would be guaranteed of the frustration and extravagant charges. It's not worth it.
