Our 40 year old furnace finally pooped out during one of our coldest days! Did some research and found Fox Plumbing and Heating Co. They had really good reviews. They came out that day looked at fixing it, not fixable. Scheduled a new furnace install. Within a week we had a new furnace and warmth. Sebastián followed through on everything he told us he would do. He even helped Daniel with the install because he told us it would be done on that day. They were both wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. Bottom line I would call them again and highly recommend them.

Mike from the Apex group (Fox heating, Bel-Red and Gene Johnson) did an excellent and thorough job with my HVAC (furnace plus heat pump) inspection and maintenance. He was on time, communicated well, and answered all my questions. I will definitely request him next time!

Fox was able to come out for a same day emergency. It turned out to be a silly error on my part, but the tech Daniel M, got me sorted out quickly and only billed the minimum for the service call. I felt I was treated very fairly.

I’ve replaced the wax ring beneath toilets at other properties in the past but I decided I didn’t want to go through the mess and hassle myself of unplugging the water, and moving the leaky toilet then scouring the gross broken wax seal and removing and replacing it and the commode. I called Fox Plumbing with a time constraint and a leaky toilet base, and within a day I had a workman scheduled with the understanding that I could only be present for a short period of time to have the work done, due to my own work constraints and they were fantastic, right on time and done within about 1/4 of the time it would have taken me to do the repair myself, and the toilet now works perfectly with no leaks around the base. The entire job took their friendly workman around 15 minutes to complete and they even had the special double wax ring I needed in their truck. The job was literally done in the time it took me to brew a pot of coffee and drink a single cup, I could not be happier with the pros over at Fox and will definitely call on them again for any messy repairs. No more leaky toilet and it’s fully guaranteed so if I have any issues I know I can call them and they will resolve it for free. Hands down the best experience I’ve had with a plumber in a long time. Thank you Fox Plumbing!

Joey P. of Fox Plumbing replaced our water heater a couple of weeks ago. During the removal and installation process Joey was very professional, kind and took great care to keep the area he was working in nice and clean. The new water heater is a game changer and I can’t believe we waited so long to get it.

My water heater stopped working (essentially the pilot light won't stay on). The issue is likely with the thermocouple OR the gas valve.

I had called Bel-Red Heating and Cooling to have someone come and look at it on Friday. They said they didn't have availability until Monday, but there sister compony "Fox Plumbing Heating and Cooling" might have availability. Bel-Red helped me setup the appointment with Fox for me and they told me that the "diagnosis fee" will be $135 (for Fox Plumbing)

Before arriving at the home, Fox Plumbing called me and they were already trying to say that if this is happening then it is likely time to replace (btw - my heater is 8 year old, so not really ancient).

Diagnosis Fee v/s Dispatch Fee - Now, Fox Plumbing arrives at my home, and does the same thing that i have tried (i.e. turn on pilot and then see if it stay on). Then, they again tell me that i should replace the heater without actually diagnosing the problem. Finally, when i tell them that they need to diagnose the issue they tell me that $135 is a "dispatch fee" and that includes the cost of them coming to my home and then they will charge in hour increments until they can figure out what is wrong. Now, this is different than what Bel-Red told me about Fox. I got to Fox GM and he was said that it might be a communication issue, but he honored the $135 dollar diagnosis fee (so that was good from Fox, but more problem flow below)

Diagnosis - The Fox person starts opening the heater up, and then we can visually see that the thermocouple looks bad and likely needs to be replaced. There is a way to confirm that the thermocouple is faulty using a multimeter, but the Fox person did not have detector part that would allow him to confirm that the thermocouple is indeed the faulty part beyond just visual inspection. So, there is NO definitive diagnosis that i can trust. I was told that the cost to replace thermocouple is $415 (note: the cost of thermocouple is usually 20/30 dollars and takes less than 15 minutes to replace - so $415 seems excessive). Keeping the cost part aside, i simply didn't have confidence that the people knew what they were doing, and i decided that it is best to just pay the diagnosis fee (even though the diagnosis was confirmed) and just go to Bob Heating to get this fixed. So the basic competence of Fox people is low and best to avoid them.

I caulked the $135 dollar diagnosis fee to my stupidity as i did not do the research required on the web that would have clearly shown the Fox Plumbing, Heating & Cooling should be avoided like the plague

My tankless water heater was not working. Called Fox and Jeremy was out to take a look. He was on time, professional, and friendly. My water heater needed a new dealeo to make it work. Jeremy got the dealeo order and was back to install it about 5 days later. It took him a few hours to complete the repair and get the water heater up and running. Jeremy went above and beyond to get my water heater functioning properly and I thank him for that. Nice Job Jeremy!

So why only 4 Stars? . . . $475.00 per hour for labor! Enough said

Thanks Fox Plumbing and your man Jeremy.

I can't begin to tell you how satisfied I am with Fox Plumbing! I was notified by my utility provider that I may have a small water leak at my house. I found a soggy patch in my lawn, so I dug down to my waterline, which made the leak significantly worse. I tried to repair it for several hours without success. I shut off the water main to the house until the next morning. I found Fox Plumbing online and I gave them a call, desperate for help, at 8 am. They sent two friendly technicians out by noon, Alec and Zane, and they had the issue resolved within a couple hours! I've been a firefighter for 26 years, so I'm used to meeting people with significant problems. I hope they understand how much it means to us homeowners when they respond to our very stressful situations! I'm so pleased with Fox, that I asked them to bid a much larger project at my house that I will schedule for the Spring. Thanks, Alec and Zane, I will sleep well tonight!

The team installed the five faucets and two sinks and did it very well. Left the house clean and we're on time and fun to be around
Hi praise! ☺️

Complaints:

(1) First appointment with plumber did not fix tankless hot water heater issue, but to be fair did diagnose it. However I was charged over $250 for this.

(2) Second appointment with electrician was canceled last minute (literally 5 minutes before appointment time).

(3) Set 5 hour appointment time window on subsequent appointment (for the one they canceled).

(4) Forgot to bring fuses necessary to fix my tankless water heater (after being reminded to on 3 separate occasions). I refused to pay anything at this point.

(5) Due in part to forgotten fuse, still haven't fixed my problem after 2 visits (plumber then electrician), 48 hours, and over $250 dollars in fees.

Pretty much a disaster.
