Fox Plumbing, Heating & Cooling - Seattle

Within an hour of noticing the pipes in our water heater leaking, they sent a team out and had it repaired! Really appreciate the incredibly fast response, professionalism, and quick repair done by Brandon! We will certainly use them again if we need to.

While they were very good about getting to me in the middle of a heat wave, which I greatly appreciated, there was no follow-up on the status of needed parts. I called 6x over 2-days and each time I was told the technician was contacted and I would be called shortly. No call was ever returned. I find this all extremely disappointing because I have been a loyal customer for over 7 years. I understand the heatwave and staffing shortages, but it does not excuse failing to return a call, especially when I am told someone would call me shortly. When I asked to speak someone I was told they are just answering service. Very disappointing experience and I hope this is not a sign of Fox going forward.

Follow-up: Fox did come through. Unfortunately it took the negative post. Nevertheless, the service I received was what I had learned to expect as a customer for 7 years. Fast and efficient service. It could have been the heat wave it could have been the pandemic or both. I will continue to use Fox, unless this happens again.

Sean and Dave arrived on time, thoroughly examined the leaks and offered informed suggestions as to how to proceed for repairs. They also installed a toilet for us and detected another leak. Both Sean and Dave answered any and all questions about the process and made me feel comfortable about my decision making process.

After Fox plumbing came out to fix a leak in my toilet last year, they installed what they said was a jumbo wax ring to fix the problem. The toilet continued to leak and the team was dispatched again, where they found that they didn't tighten the toilet back on well enough. A few months later, the same toilet is leaking and now has caused thousands of dollars of damage to the floor and ceiling.

This has been such a disappointing experience and I will definitely not be calling them again for any future plumbing problems.

Cason was on time, very courteous and professional.He explained everything he was doing. When he was finished he cleaned up his mess. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. My only negative comment is that I thought the price was too high.

Called and was told dispatch works get back to me within an hour. Called after an hour and was told they were a little backed up and would get to me shortly. 4 hours later I called again only to be told they don't actually take calls like mine on the weekend and I probably wouldn't hear from anyone until Monday. I wouldn't be writing this review if someone had told me that the first or second time I called. Instead I sat here all day waiting for someone who was never going to show up to fix my furnace.

I wanted to give high praise to Mike Blake for helping my parents get their heating fixed in a swift manner. He was very kind and friendly, and if needed, we would ask for his services again.
