Zip Reliable Heating and Cooling

Great experience overall at a reasonable price for a ductless heat pump installation. I was originally referred to them by my realtor, and Hoa arrived within days of my reaching out for an on-site quote (as a point of comparison, other companies I contacted were booked out months ahead for the quote alone). Ultimately Zip had the most competitive bid for my configuration, so I went with them. There was a bit of a wait for some of the parts to be available, but that's due to nationwide supply chain issues and not a fault of Zip. Once install was scheduled, they arrived on-time and finished the work in 1 day, cleaning up after themselves. Would use them again and recommend them to others.

Great company! I had an old oil furnace that was very inefficient and half the time didn’t work. It was a nice and easy experience getting scheduled with the office. The sales technician that came out was very informative, i didn’t feel pressured into taking the job. He went over all the options available to me and which were best for my set up. The job itself went very smoothly. The installation looks nice, they kept the area very clean, and they did the job as promised and to my expectation. Thank you!!

The service technician who came to my home in hot weather to replace my furnace as well as installing heat pump which cool me down on recently summer days. The team is professional and responsible with tasks. i highly recommend the people and services

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Don’t waste your time on this company. I usually don’t bother writing reviews but this experience has been so terrible.
First off I was referred to this company by my home warranty and off the bat it was already difficult to book my initial diagnostic appointment. After the first diagnostic appointment there was a delay for them to send over their diagnostic report to my home warranty company. I called multiple times to follow up and no one ever answers the phone. I called multiple times throughout the day hoping someone would answer. And left a couple voicemails as well. No one ever called me back about any update on the status of the report until I harassed my home warranty company for a new contract since Reliable Heating was very unresponsive. Finally someone from Reliable Heating called me back and scheduled to replace a part in my furnace that was failing. At this point it’s basically a month of my heater not working. When they showed up to replace the failing part, the guy realizes that they in fact had ordered the incorrect part. So he says he has to go all the way to Kirkland to get the correct part, it was a late appointment so he said he would return another day and someone will give me a heads up on when they’ll come back to replace it. A couple days later no one has called me, and I’ve already been calling everyday for an update. No one calls me back despite leaving them voicemails yet again. About a week later my home warranty company reaches out to me that Reliable Heating and Cooling is no longer able to finish the repair due to lack of technicians. If your company is going to be so busy and unresponsive then don’t accept the job in the first place. You not only wasted my time, but it’s literally in the middle of winter and I’ve now had a broken heater for almost a month and a half.

We had great experience with the technician that came out to install our mini splits. Our electric bill dropped by 50% the next month. When we called they came out the same day to give us an estimate and installation happened the following week.

The tech came out the next day when my old furnace failed. They were able to install a new one the next day, at a fair price. Great techs. Would recommend Reliable Heating and Cooling.

The technician arrived on time. He was personable, and thorough and explained what he was doing as he was doing it. He set me up on a reasonably priced maintenance plan. We had an ice storm yesterday and I appreciate him coming to the house today. I would recommend them no doubt.
