Reliable did a great job on our heat pump. They were responsive, high quality work, and really listened to our specific needs with our existing ducting system in an old house. They were able to problem solve and come up with solutions that other providers had declared 'impossible', and we really appreciate the good work that Gene, Nick, and team did. Now we have AC for the increasingly hot Seattle summers as well as a more affordable heating the rest of the year. We highly recommend!

Just completed a furnace replacement and installation of a new heat pump and I'm wowed by the quality of Reliable's work. They were timely, efficient, and I'm very pleased with the finished product. Of particular note, their electrical subcontractor noticed that part of the anticipated work could be done easier and much cheaper and there was zero hassle getting our quote adjusted and the changes implemented. It was the kind of thing where another person might simply do the work as planned with us none the wiser, but instead we came out of the experience having saved 2.5 grand. I've never had a better experience with a contractor in my life!

I was referred to Reliable Heating and Cooling through HomeAdvisor for replacing my natural gas furnace with a heat pump. While the installation was good and the heat pump mostly works as advertised, the contractor did not set up the heat pump properly to adequately heat my house during cold weather, despite the heat pump being rated to produce compressor heat down to -5 degrees outside temperature and their assurances that my house will stay adequately heated. I have repeatedly attempted to reach out to the contractor to get this issue resolved. The contractor has either ignored my communication, or the one service call that was finally scheduled was cancelled and not adequately followed up on to reschedule. Attempting to raise this issue to HomeAdvisor has also proven to be quite an ordeal. I strongly recommend to look elsewhere for HVAC work, as both the contractor and HomeAdvisor have demonstrated a serious deficiency in their ability to address issues properly.

Reliable Heating and Cooling installed a ductless mini-split heat pump system for us. All contact with this company was outstanding....the salesperson, the technical advisors, the owner, the office staff, and the installation team were highly skilled and professional. They worked with us to stay within our budget, they installed a good product in a timely manner and when we had one minor issue after installation....they immediately responded and corrected the issue. Don't go anywhere else for your HVAC needs....just hire Reliable.

Everything about this company is phenomenal, the customer service, sales , and technicians. Before going to Reliable Heating and Cooling I called two other places about getting my furnace replaced. One never called me back and the other one wanted 200 dollars just to come out and give me a quote. Reliable Heating and Cooling came out and gave me multiple free estimates for various units. There was no pressure on which option to choose. They were able to come back two days later to replace my furnace. I would highly recommend this company.

We need to install our A/C. So glad we chose Reliable Heating and Cooling! They definitely take pride in his work, offered a great product at a reasonable price, and followed up after the A/C was put in to make sure it was all working correctly! We would definitely recommend them!

We had a new heat pump put in a remodeled home with the hookup for air but it had never been finished. They were very responsive and professional and we determined that it was a better fit to install a heat pump that will switch to our gas furnace if the temp goes down below 0 degrees. It was installed quickly and all was checked out and has been adjusted as needed. Both Gene and Nick are patient and well versed in the system. We are extremely happy with their knowledge and attention to any concerns we have had. I would recommded them to anyone who needs as system. Nick is a very knowledgable technician and Eugene is a great communicator. It is a pleasure doing buisiness with them and their charges are reasonable as well.

Nick is, by far, the best employer and business owner I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He takes care of his staff as well as he takes care of his customers.
