I’ve had very good experiences with EHHE. They did an exceptional job installing my Mitsubishi mini-split heat pump and air handlers in 2021. Their Evergreen Home Comfort Club also provides very professional maintenance of the heat pump and associated units. Today, they sent Roxanne to perform the summer maintenance. She did a very thorough inspection and cleaning of every installed unit. She also took many photos to document the condition of every unit, including the electronics of the main air handler and outdoor heat pump. After the inspection, she provided a thorough report. She is very knowledgeable, professional and thorough and I hope to have her perform maintenance on my Mitsubishi heat pump in the future.

Evergreen has always been super prompt with their service calls, has parts quickly available, and keeps their systems working well. They were the best value when we had a new furnace installed 8 years ago, and they are still the best. Cody, our service technician, was prompt, responsive, and professional. He cut himself deeply on his wrist and hand and I worried that he simply put toilet paper and electrical tape on it and continued, but he said it happens and he’ll be fine- still, I hope that he has it taken care of so that he doesn’t have pain in other calls he does today!

I’ve referred them multiple times in the past and I regret it! The person who gave a quote and made sure the inspections passed was fantastic along with all people I’ve spoken with at their office, but the work done is dangerous! We’re in the middle of renovating and found out they didn’t follow code and had cut through the sheathing of the wiring! They also damaged the pressure valve at the compressor and my husband had to order a replacement piece. My husband did a pressure test and found that one of the units had a leak (leaking nitrogen). Absolutely ridiculous for the price paid. Avoid Evergreen if you want to avoid an electrical fire in your home and want quality work.

I got a mini split duct system installed and the folks at Evergreen were great. Communication was prompt and I never had to call back to check on the status. They informed us about the installation date, showed up, installed and left. They also cleaned up after themselves so there wasn't any debris lying around. It's been about a year since the installation and so far no problems.

I recently had a new heat pump system installed by Evergreen and am very please with how everything came out. It is a split setup with a new heat pump, then also an air handler and two mini splits on our second floor.

We initially spoke to Scott, who was very easy to work with and informative. He laid out our options and helped us pick out a good setup that worked well for our space.

The installation team was lead by Luis who was great. I really appreciated the level of communication that Luis had at every step of the installation process. He was friendly, communicative, seemed to take a thoughtful approach to the installation, and was really pleasant. I am very pleased with the work and Evergreen was really easy to work with at every step of the process.

Evergreen installed out mini-splits about 3 years ago when we remodeled. They did a great job then. This week we had the units serviced (4 and external exchange unit). Will turned up to do the service. Will was a polite and pleasant young man. He arrived on time. We walked through locations and he just got on with his job; I didnt notice until he was done. The units were in good order. I recommend Evergreen.

Evergreen installed our heat pump system in 2022. We had some unfortunate issues that I’m pleased to say have been resolved and we are happy to remain customers. They were always timely in responding to service calls, including weekends. They always show up on time and are neat and efficient in their work.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Diagnosed and repaired my aging ac system in the same appointment. All the parts were in the van! They were also able to make Kody available 3 days prior to my appointment and prior to our guests arriving this afternoon. Thank you so much!

Evergreen has been my go to resource for anything HVAC related over the last several years. Likewise, I recommend Evergreen to any and all that ask. Their service is outstanding & everyone that I’ve connected with has a level of skill, integrity & customer service orientation that sets them apart. Can’t go wrong with Evergreen!

Since we bought our home we hadn't had the HVAC system serviced so I reached out to Evergreen to have the AC system looked at and cleaned before summer came and they were super responsive, shared details and cost upfront and the technician that came to work at our house was super polite, punctual and took care of everything we needed. He answered all of our questions. It was great working with them and I feel really comforted that our system will work well and efficiently moving forward.
