Fox's "after hours" call service is terrible - on multiple different occasions I've called many times and rarely get a call-back, it's honestly absurd. I've also had their workers no-show on me multiple times for furnace maintenance. Switched to Joe's 2 Sons for my furnace and plumbing needs and have been SO much happier with their professionalism, communication, consistent answering of all my calls, and similar prices.

Fate and Adam came out to my condo today to fix a leaking pipe in the shower. They were both really professional, were on time, and did good work. Fate especially did a great job of giving me options for how to handle the repair behind my tile shower and explaining thoroughly the price for each option. He was very fair and made me feel good about the work being done.

Fox plumbing has done several repairs for us. We trust them completely. They are doing a sewer repair for us. It’s a big job, their price was resonable, and one year no interest financing was a plus.

Mike Blake had done the install on our new water heating system and more recently did a repair on a different part of the system. Mike is very professional and responsive and does excellent work. He also takes the time to explain what he is doing. Would definitely recommend!

Plumber did a good job, but the price was much more expensive than I had assumed. I had received bids from
4 other local plumbing contractor. All
4 had quoted similar pricing. Unfortunately, I didn’t request a bid from Fox. I chose them because they had the cheapest price for coming out and determining what needed to be done. The plumber who came out the first time quickly fixed the lack of water pressure so quickly. I should have him show me exactly how to take my faucet so I could clean out the trap. I didn’t and within 4 days my water pressure was just a trickle, again. My son (not MR. FIXIT) fixed the problem with the water pressure and also wreaked my sprayer. I purchased a new faucet. I called Fox. I was shocked by how much it cost to install a regular faucet. But it was close to Christmas and I would spend another $150 for just telling the plumber “Thanks, but No Thanks.” I figured I just got a good lesson. I haven’t had to figure out home repairs by myself for long.

I had an outdoor water leak. Fox came out quickly, and Jose and Joey went above and beyond in fixing the leak. I also had some concerns about the hot water heater and they were able to replace it the same day, and put in a garbage disposal to boot. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and did a really good job on everything!

Sean was great, but it took 3 tries to fix our issue. That said, they were very fair about charging us and now we once again have hot water!

Plumbers Fate Duncan and Mark Puaza came out to install a gas line for my new gas clothes dryer. They were both very friendly and professional, provided a thorough estimate, and then came back the next day to do the work. They showed me pictures of the work they did in the crawl space and explained all of it. They even let me know the state of my crawl space and other gas and electrical lines down there, since it’s not a space I go into! They thoroughly soap tested all the gas line joints and fittings, and made sure my other gas appliances were OK once the gas was back on. I appreciated their expertise and willingness to share what they were doing and why! Great team.

We had an emergency pipe leak that was causing water to come into the house. I contacted Fox and they sent out a team first thing. Alec, the lead plumber, was able to fix the reported issue, found and fixed a shutoff valve issue, and deliver all in the estimate. The overall cost was right in line with what was expected which was a pleasant surprise and considering outside leaks are not covered by home insurance. I really appreciated Alex who took the time to show me all the issues and to explain the options for the remedies. If I have another plumbing issue I would not hesitate to use them again.

Jeremy and Mark were polite and courteous and knowledgeable. They dealt with my plumbing issue promptly and professionally. I will definitely be using Fox plumbing again!
