Bruce was on time, courteous and explained what he was doing and why. He resolved the plugged pipe issue quickly and taught me a few things about how to prevent this from happening again. I appreciate him.

I had an appointment scheduled with them for a bathtub leak repair, I let them know I'm pregnant and we need this fixed ASAP before the baby comes. The customer service was great until day of my appointment I had a window booked from 9-12 and no one showed up. Called them 12:30 they said he'll be there soon. Called again at 2 fricking pm and apparently they had "cancelled" without notifying me. They rebooked for next day and same thing happens.

Fox dispatched a team the same day. They provided us 5 options and the pros and cons of each, along with detailed pricing. They completed the job quickly and cleanly. I wish I had called them first. I could have saved a lot of time and frustration. I will be using them going forward

Fox installed 3 mini-splits in our condo community. It's been 2 years, and they *STILL* have not provided documentation needed for permits. I would never, ever use this company again, and I've warned others away.

Our furnace stopped working right in the middle of a cold streak and we couldn't find any companies who could come out quickly. Fox was super helpful trying to find a slot to get someone out to take a look and ended coming out a day after the furnace stopped working. Firas was the technician and he did a great job. He was professional, called us 30 minutes before arriving, and diagnosed and fixed the issue (a worn out capacitor) in 30 minutes or so. I was very happy with my experience.

This is the second time I have had them come over, once for my furnace maintenance and this time to replace my water heater. Both times they were very professional and answered all my questions. Prices are not bad, you might be able to get someone cheaper, but you might not get a quick response and quality of work. I highly recommend this company.

Fox plumbing performed a Mitsubishi 3-head ductless mini-split installation for our home. I called them near the end of October and they were incredibly prompt with scheduling a walkthrough and installation. They were even able to do a ceiling-mounted unit in one of the rooms.

The installation looks great and the crew was friendly and happy to answer any questions I had about the units. Going into winter I can’t fairly judge the units themselves yet, but would recommend Gavin, Daniel, Terrin, Tibi, Brady and the rest of the crew!

Our main well pipe split during the ice storm. I called and was able to get an appointment quickly. Communication was excellent, arrived on time, appropriately priced, got the job done. Would definitely use again.

Jeremy and Wayne installed/replaced our old water heater. They were polite and worked quickly to install the new on demand heater. They also cleaned up as well as installing it in "clean" manner. Their professionalism/skill is appreciated and commendable and we will continue to use Fox when we need service or repair. We first used Fox 12 years ago when we purchased this home. Bravo to Jeremy, Wayne and FOX!!!!

Adam was amazing he provided Fast and friendly service, quality repair. He took his time to show what and where the issue was but also explained what he needed to done for the repairs. Very courteous to surrounding areas making sure he keeps everything clean. I 100% recommend his/their service. Thank you again!
