Fox Plumbing, Heating & Cooling - Seattle

I had this second shower issue (my home not the rental) two weeks apart (see previous review of Sean Smith).
I called on a Friday afternoon last week, and it was repaired the this past Monday. by Fate Duncan (cool name).

Fate diagnosed explained the work that would be done and quoted for the work, which was totally reasonable, and after giving hi the green light, he opened up the minimal amount of drywall to access and replace the shower valve. He also removed silicone that the previous plumber slathered improperly (rather than using a proper gasket) and installed a gasket, and then caulked around the shower handle and drain. He also noticed the top of the shower mold did not have caulk and did that for free.

Once again, Fox Plumbing to the rescue. I don't freak out over plumbing, it's just taken a while to find a solid company that checks all the boxes. Thanks Fox Plumbing!

Fox provided a super fast and efficient response to a holiday weekend toilet overflow and sewage backup in the tub of an occupied apartment unit. Sean promptly identified and corrected the problem and minimized the damage. He was professional and personable. My tenant and I were relieved to have the issue resolved and impressed with the service provided.

Jeremy Perro and Jose Guzman went WAY out of their way to make sure our leaking sink was repaired. I mean it, they came back on the same day after driving many miles to pick up additional needed part! Can you believe this? This dear friends, is superb customer service!!! Excellent!!

Really appreciate the professionalism and knowledge shown by Mike and Jose. We have a Polaris hydronic system that very few people work on any more.

Cason was amazing! He worked on an outdoor project in mud and rain and cold temps and remained positive and cheerful throughout. He was professional and courteous. He explained everything about his process and was clear about costs and timing. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

The two technicians that came out were professional, personable and timely in executing the repairs and clean up.
They explained how they were going to repair, gave me the costs so I can prioritize the work, and then asked me to inspect their work when finished.

Great and friendly customer service and our plumber, Fate, did a fantastic job inspecting the issue and finding the most efficient and cost effective solution. He was also very friendly and explained things clearly. Highly recommended company. We would use them again!

Deandre Horton was spectacular. We had an odd problem, hard object lodged down a drain. He carefully triaged the possible remedies and then improvised with just the right tool that took care of it rather quickly. And then, of course, all the best - friendly, prompt, careful. 6-stars if I could.

Cason is great to work with and he did a great job in plumbing issue by replacing filters and old pipes. I would hire him again when needed.
