Alec was prompt, polite, and efficient. He did long-needed maintenance to our tankless water heater and even showed me pictures of why it was needed. The price was 3x what was quoted to me over the phone, but that was not Alec’s fault.

Their estimate they provided was way off- we ended up paying almost 3x the cost. They tricked us into spending more money. We had a sink installed and it leaked twice. They didn’t even offer to refund damaged items and it took over 4 phone calls to get it in progress and finally got it almost 6 months later.

Annual maintenance of our HVAC system. Was extremely informative and discussed everything as it is a newer system. Explained it well and offered a great price.

Krystal was great! She was honest about what we needed done and gave me every option and talked through everything with me. I would defiantly ask for her again and recommend her work to my friends!

We tried getting Fox to come to our home for a water heater replacement and a small leak- they didnt respond to 2 online inquiries or a phone call. Eventually we got a hold of them and they didn't show up on the day they were supposed to, no call and no response when we tried calling them. I guess they really didn't want our business!

The tech Dan that came out was extremely polite, thorough and explained procedures that I needed and knew nothing about. I would highly recommend Fox Plumbing and Heating on any job you need to accomplish.

Had a clog in the mainline which was causing our basement toilet to flood from the bottom. Carson took care of it quickly and honored the quote from the competitor that was slightly less $$. Would definitely use Fox and Carson again for any plumbing issues in the future.

The Plumber Daniel was great. Very professional and straightforward with the issues. Had good conversation regarding future services if needed.

Dan Whitsett arrived on time, made a quick assessment of repair needed, quickly gave me the quote, I accepted quote although I felt it was overpriced. Dan made the repair (replaced water pressure regulator) in the proper manner and all work was completed.

I'm weeks overdue for posting this prop to Sean Smith, from a a repair a few weeks ago. Sean was responsive, timely and straight up on details and pricing - fixed pricing so you know exactly what worse case scenario is. When I note "worse case" it's because I got quoted for a repair but once they did the work I was charged $500 less than the estimate. These folks are the real deal. I FINALLY have my trusted plumbing service after years of using other companies (such as the two companies who have popular rhyming slogans or celebrity pitches/tv adds and who use their largess to take advantage of people with bs pricing). I've been a landlord for 23 years, and I have had great plumbers for projects. Fox is the one for me here on out!
