The person who answered the phone was really helpful when I called to get a price for a new furnace and air conditioner. They clarified that although they could instal a new furnace for me, the price would be higher than I was willing to pay. They explained the features and costs of their service plans to me, but I didn't think they were a good fit for me. Additionally, they advised me to test out my current heater before choosing anything else, which was just what I needed!
