I really appreciated how quickly he was able to locate my issue and respond to all of my inquiries. Additionally, I appreciated the openness to any costs. They will unquestionably provide me with service for my air conditioner. I went so far as to purchase a "Maintenance Plan" because I was so pleased with the service!

We had a water heater flood over the weekend, and we were able to get in touch with the team from a great distance away. The next day, they took care of this right away, replacing the water heater after showing us how to turn off the water inlet. I'm grateful for the productive work and open communication in the office made possible by tech

I would give these people 0 stars.

First they arrived 1 HOUR LATE AFTER the 3 HOUR window they said would come by.

In addition, the technician that came by was not experienced enough to be working on a Furnace. He failed to properly diagnose the problem. What is most frustrating is modern furnaces have a control board that will help tell you what is wrong. Based on that error code, he DID NOT do the basic trouble shooting with the error code I had. He fixated on another component and insisted that was the problem.

At the end I was stuck with a $160 bill for a service call with an improper diagnose.

I am not a HVAC tech, but I can read the maintenance manual and do basic research. I can explain what each individual component does.

The tech was unable to get the furnace to work. I was able to get it to work. I did have to bypass a specific component, but if these tech’s can’t do it. But I can with some YouTube research and a maintenance manual. That should be the verdict for you to RUN AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

In addition, they have failed to present me with their License with WA state’s L&I (Labor and Industries) that they have a specialty contractor’s license to work on HVAC systems.

TLDR: DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

We had a great experience. They were able to come out the same day and fix our refrigerator. The repairman was friendly and knowledgeable, and we were able to get back in our home quickly.

It become a delight to have a person like him come and test the a/c gadget because it gave me peace of mind. My honest compliments for the extremely good paintings he does and the way he cares.

This organization acts as a call center and dispatches unqualified technicians. This place is a scam. The address is not accurate. People who they send out do not hold the appropriate license to work on residential HVAC systems in WA.

They have been maintaining it ever since. They are always polite. I find them very trustworthy. I just wanted to thank them.

The job was way over priced, call center unhelpful with resolving my issues post job.

This business tried to charge me charge me 1,500$ for a 60$ part of being that I could of installed myself.
