98 Refrigeration Appliance Repair

My refrigerator stopped cooling and at 15 years old - I thought for sure I was buying a new one. I called about 2pm and Mike came to diagnose about 6:30 the same day! He was able to tell me the price to fix it on the spot and was done in about 15 minutes! Mike was great - even gave me some additional tips to better maintain my refrig. I would call him again if I needed additional help and refer him to my friends!

We had the pleasure of working with Mike. He was prompt to schedule and arrive the next day after our call. Was able to diagnose and repair our dishwasher the same day. This was at our rental property so we were unable to hand him the check at rhe time. But he was very nice to allow us to post the check to him. Great service and would 100% recommend him and his company to anyone.

Mike showed up a little late but quickly diagnosed the issue with our fridge. Since our fridge is a bit older, the part we needed was no longer available so he was unable to complete the repair, but showed me where we can locate the missing part and fix it ourselves. He waived the cost of our diagnostic in exchange for us leaving this review.

He was able to diagnose the problem with my fridge quickly and efficiently and provided me with a detailed explanation of what needed to be done.
Mike was on time and was very thorough in his work. He made sure that everything was working properly before he left and even provided me with some tips on how to maintain my fridge in the future.

Mike came out to fix my GE fridge. It wasn't getting cold on the top. Freezer was ok. He repaired it. Mike was very professional, very clean, took time to show me some things I never knew about running the fridge at its optimum settings. I would most definitely use 98 Appliance again.

Great experience. My LG refrigerator stopped cooling this morning and 98 Refrigerator Appliance Repair showed up within 40 min. Repair done quickly. Technician was polite and with good communication skills. Definitely will hire them again in future.

Initially we just had a quick dishwasher drainage issue, which Mike fixed in a few minutes. He was polite and courteous and even brought his own booties to protect the floor, which was very considerate.

Then a week later the freezer stopped working, and we called Mike again. This time he had worked on it for an hour but it didn't work at first, and then he came back that evening for another hour to replace the heat exchanger and that did the trick. We are so grateful not to have to add to landfill (and for not having to dish out far more money for a new fridge).

Mike was clearly knowledgeable and professionally equipped. We plan to call him again if any of our other appliances break down in the future.

Mike responded as soon as I posted the job. He was very courteous and even managed to fit me in after his last appointment. He arrived on time and did a very thorough job figuring out what was happening with my gas stove. I will definitely reach out to him next time I have any need for appliance repair.
