AirGanic Heating and Cooling

I had no prior experience with AirGanic Heating and Cooling before this they did an excellent job cleaning up my Dryer vent. They demonstrated to me that the air filter required replacement. Additionally, he went above and beyond by cleaning not only the heater but also vacuuming out all the accumulated dirt and dust around the vent. The contrast was stark. Previously, the system would run all day without significantly heating up the house. However, now I can immediately feel the warmth emanating from the air vents. The tech was highly professional and executed the task exceptionally well. I signed up for the maintenance plan which includes replacement filters. I would highly recommend this to my friends and family!

I have had a great experience so far. Gal, the technician, was excellent. The work was conducted with great attention to detail and in a highly professional manner. He ensured that I comprehended the findings of the inspection and assisted me in commencing the next phase.

We had good impression of this company initially. We liked the owner of AirGanic initially as he was very friendly and seemed very helpful. However, as we found out, he rarely follows through on the action he promised to take.

AirGanic’s installed the furnace and AC unit for our house’s previous owner in 2019. When we bought the house we hired him to maintain the furnace and AC, and he promised us he would “transfer” the warranty from the previous owner to us (“don’t worry about it, I’ll take care of it for you”) — we were so grateful and thought it’s done. But when our furnace broke recently, we found from the furnace manufacturer that the warranty was never “registered” when it was installed, and because of that, we couldn’t enjoy the full warranty. With the repeated mistakes and amount of follow-ups we had to do, we are now looking into a new service provider.

Andrey was exceptional! We have previously utilized the services of AirGanic Heating and Cooling and currently require a heating inspection for our radiators. Andrey not only explained everything to us but also discovered a default setting on our boiler that was limiting the heat in our house, resulting in better heat flow than before. I highly recommend them!

They did a great job. Ducts had not been cleaned for a long time. Came on time, finished in a reasonable time and cleaned up before they left. Dryer vent was hard to reach from outside so they moved the dryer and got it from the inside. That was really nice. Very professional people. Would use them again.

Airganic is my company to go every time i need to have my air ducts cleaned. They are always respectful of our home, do not make any mess and they leave the ducts spotless. This is very important for me to have a reliable company that i can trust as i am asthmatic
