Very satisfied with their services. They do an excellent job at making sure you're taken care of and always give you options for how you want your heating or cooling systems to function. I also like that they are very friendly and easy to work with, which is important to me as I live alone. I would highly recommend them!

We had a problem with our heating and air conditioning that we weren't sure how to fix, so we called in them. They were able to come out within a few days and fix the problem for us. They were really great about staying on top of the repairs and answering any questions we had.

Before contacting Raymond's Air Conditioner & Heating, I did a lot of research on how air conditioners work. When I explained our situation to several companies (air only works for about an hour, 20-year unit), almost everyone said we needed a new air conditioner. Instead, Raymond's Air Conditioner & Heating suggested that it could be a number of things, and James came out and demonstrated a small refrigerant leak that had reduced the amount of coolant flowing through the system. He was extremely thorough, walking me through the entire system, demonstrating why the system was actually in good shape (despite its age), and clearly diagnosing the issue. Our air conditioner is working perfectly now, and I'm glad we chose these people. Strongly suggested!

The tech who came was a US army veteran, a very friendly and honest person. The price that he charged me was very reasonable and very fair. He arrived on time and fixed the problem. I will definitely hire Raymond's Air Conditioner & Heating again. If I could, I would give this company 10 stars.
