3 years ago had them installed AC unit to my residential house and experience is unforgivable! Price is great but most importantly customer service is amazing. Now they are installing two AC units on our commercial building and once again the experience I’m having is outstanding. They are on time! Very reliable! Can not be more happier! Hopefully be back with more business! Highly recommend!

I used Northwest Hearing and Cooling for a new installation of a heat pump and a replacement of my old furnace. The installers showed up on time as expected, and were thoroughly professional with their work! The installers were able to accommodate my requests with where to install the heat pump, and how to run the lineset to make it look good in a high traffic area! Guys did great work, my house is now comfortable no matter the outside temp, and it was all done at a reasonable price. Definitely recommend!

Christopher, Oleg, and Daniel were top notch. We got a new heat pump and furnace split system installed. Prompt, professional installation, great customer service, and Oleg and Daniel cleaned up everything really well before they finished the job; all in one day. They also had very reasonable prices and carried the brand we were looking for. Definitely recommend!

I had a 4-Zone Heat Pump installed and couldn't be happier with the result. Richard Scott was quick to do an estimate and was very professional, no pressure. Oleg and his team did a very good job with the installation that took a day. The electrician also did a good job, it was done in half a day. All the 5 things mentioned above are true for the service I received from you. I will add one more thing: remarkable dedication and responsibility. When my HVAC stopped running after Mike and Abidaya had left - and that was after they did necessary trouble shooting step by step, diagnosed and repaired, and made the system running - Mike patiently talked to me on the phone several times, advised me to do this and that. When it still didn’t run, he said he would come after 5 pm. He came and continued trouble shooting. When he found another problem they didn’t anticipate in the morning and repaired it, it was probably passed 7pm on a Friday. He was definitely very tired after already working long hours in different jobs. But he was cooperative and very pleasant till the end, and never frustrated. I will not hesitate calling Northwest for my future needs. Thanks.

Great to work with from the scheduling process to the initial visit to the install. Everyone was super friendly and professional. Their pricing was well below the other quotes we received and they were able to install a new furnace, water heater and air conditioner within a week. On site about 6 hours with little disruption to us. Highly recommend!

I've had Northwest Expert Heating out twice in the last six months, and I didn't think twice about who to call the second time. They've installed a new furnace and a heat pump for me in the past six months, and they did so quickly and cheerfully. I've had two wonderful Ukrainian crews come out to replace my old furnace, and beyond being competent they were respectful and kind people overall, which isn't something you necessarily NEED in an HVAC guy but... it doesn't hurt right?

When my furnace I had a small issue right after they install crew left and the furnace didn't work. I called and they sent someone out that same day to solve the issue. I haven't had an issue since. I also had an issue with my heat pump right after installation, and they sent someone out within hours of me calling. So if you have an issue, don't expect it to be an issue for long.

Five stars for these guys. I hope I don't need their services for a long time, but I'm sad I won't get to do business with them in the meantime.
