A great experience and amazing job. My appointment time was pushed back a few hours, but Northwest Expert Heating let me know what was going on. The technician Shawn was nice and did a thorough job and answered all my questions. I liked them so much I signed-up for the yearly service plan.

This is for a mini split system installation
Eddy came out and gave me a quote he was quite informative and it was good to know it is a family business. Quote came in quickly and I proceeded with the work. I didnt check with other providers for price so i honestly cant say how it compares.
On install day, I was told the guys will be installing the internal units on the day (there was a mix up with Eddy as I thought they would come another day after the plaster/paint), was a little annoying but it happens, I spoke to Eddy who quoted $500 for separate day installs so I went with the single day
Both installers were good and were flexible with some suggestions on where to route the pipes. Electric they had some trouble with as they wanted to go through a particularity difficult location which I was said would not be easy, but they proceeded anyway, after drilling a bunch of holes through they then came to the same realization and ended up going the route I originally suggested. I did also have to tell them to put the unit higher as it was too low and the door would hit it, I am glad they were flexible to do this and that I found it.
During the install some of the workers friends decided to visit, they did not ask for permission and freely entered the house which I was not comfortable with especially during COVID times. They spend a fair amount of time chatting and due to this were unable to complete the job that day. So they came back another day anyway.... would have been nice of them to just finish the job another day so the plaster could get done properly.

Overall I felt they did a good job and the workmanship looks solid.

I hired these guys to replace my aging heat pump system in my office and they did it the same week as the quote. They finished in a single day and everything works great as advertised. Highly recommended. I plan to use them on my next project.

Richard Scott was great to deal with. My family was without heat in Mid November and they made a full furnace replacement happen quickly. They were professional, explained the whole process, and a great price. Excellent value working with these guys and you can tell they take pride in their work. Would highly recommend!

Northwest Expert Heating was excellent! NO pressure, great price, affordable and fast financing.
Installation of our heat pump was on time and done in a day. They were neat and cleaned up as the install was in progress and on completion of the job.
Afterward they sent a tech to make sure we were happy, answer any questions and to show us how to program and use our new thermostat.

Jessie from Northwest Expert Heating, LLC came and quoted us for a new mini split unit, and an additional unit to be installed in another room. They actually fit us in pretty last minute, and we were able to get our units installed within a week. The install guys were really nice, and very efficient. They came out and had the full setup within a day. Definitely recommend!

After the high temperatures of last summer my wife decided that we needed to get ac. We have a three estimate rule whenever we hire a contractor, and Northwest expert heating had not only some of the most competitive pricing, but they didn't try to upsell us or overwhelm us with a bunch of technical jargon. I swear, one of the estimators from another company was putting so much pressure on us that we felt like he was trying to sell us a timeshare.

NW also has a 2-year labor warranty, while the other companies we got estimates from only have a one year labor warranty. These guys move fast. As soon as we decided to move forward, they installed our unit the NEXT DAY! The team that showed up was very friendly and my wife and I liked them both a lot. We'll definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

We had to call them as our furnace was not working. They came the same day and were giving the option to fix and the option to replace. We decided to replace since our furnace was about 10 years old and had problems in the past so it did not make sense to keep wasting money in repairs. I have been wanting to add central AC to our home, so we asked for different quotes on heater/AC combo, Northwest Expert Heating had the value for our buck! not only that but they were super fast! because our furnace was completely out, we had not heating source and they were so caring, they even brought us 2 space heaters to keep us warm during those winter days. The owner kept in contact with us at all times for updates as we were waiting for our new units. the installers did an outstanding, neat and beautiful installation job and we are so happy with them that I will recommend them to anyone I know!

Within a couple hours of placing an emergency call that my furnace has gone out and the house wreaked of burnt smell, northwest was quick to dispatch Jessie who was on time. Given it inclement weather and that it inside temp was quickly dropping, this was critical to us. Jessie arrived and was super friendly and professional! He was quick to diagnose my issue and got my furnace up and running in no time. I could tell from our discussion that he had expert knowledge and decades of experience in these systems. No wonder so many customers Northwest and Jessie himself so highly! It’s difficult to find such honest and trustworthy folks these days! Top notch service from an extremely capable expert technician! Would recommend Northwest and Jessie and plan on using them moving forward!
