Mike came by to service our furnace due to some concerns with visible leaking from a pipes. He was very professional and responsive with updates on arrival and our concern with the heating system. Richard was easy to work with. There were issues which I didn't feel were responded to as well as they could have been. The installers could not speak English...even a little and I felt that at least one of them should have had a working basic understanding as this was a new system and should have been more thoroughly tested and introduced to the person that would have to use it. Then when the electrical panel didn't work correctly, it took too much of my time and pushing to get someone to repair it several days later. So, I felt like I paid in advance of actually getting the system fully functioning and it concerns me that they will not be responsive to warranty issues if they happen. They also forgot to do one of the items on the list and that had to be pushed for several times. I was even told that it was done when it wasn't. That bothers me quite a bit.

Had to change my rating due to recent experiences. They gladly took my 8k to install air conditioning. Can’t get them to come out or return a phone call to do something as simple as a furnace inspection. Don’t waste your time.

Very pleased with the service. I needed a new furnace, water heater replaced, and a heat pump installed. From the moment I reached out, they were responsive, provided me with options, and were able to complete this large job sooner that I thought they would. Installers came in and did the job in one day and were awesome. Definitely, would recommend.
