I can’t recommend this company enough. We had our heating system installed back in 2021 and had no issues with it. Long story short, we had a pipe burst, but didn’t know it at the time and called Northwest Expert because there was water coming from our vents into our unit.

They had their plumber come out same day and then the next morning they came back and got the system up and running. Everything was professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

The overall experience was great except some things happened on the back end that caused a delay in the install of a new furnace. This is why they get 4 stars and not 5, otherwise the process was easy, quick at first and the pricing was far better than other places that quoted me for a different brand but "worse" features. Richard Scott was the gentleman that came out to do the estimating and he was very personable. While there was a language barrier with the technicians, they did an absolutely fantastic job and things really look clean and professional compared to what it was before. I definitely recommend these guys if you don't mind a smaller company doing the job. They are underrated I'm sure

While I opted out of the American Standard/Goodman furnace due to price, I am actually WAAAYYY happier with the Lennox furnace and York heat pump that was installed they are small, super quiet and operate very smoothly. I believe these guys can install just about anything for you so do hit them up for any of your heating and cooling needs!

Can't say enough good about these guys. I got a heat pump + furnace installed about 5 months ago. They were extremely competitive on pricing, beating most and matching others. However, the main reason I chose them was the attention I got from Richard during the estimate. Unlike the other 3 options I looked at (including going through Costco), Richard spent a lot of time explaining options, talking through the system, and writing up an estimate on the spot. As a lifelong DIYer, this is the first time I've ever contracted out for anything, and I did so because Richard and the team was trustworthy and wasn't trying to just sell a system and get out of there. The install was quick and efficient, done in a single day by clearly experienced workers who put care into what they were doing.

However, the real test came today. We noticed that the furnace wasn't starting in auxiliary heat mode and was flashing an error code. After a quick call, they sent someone out the same day. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes.

Very professional sales with Christopher who gave us a solid end of the year deal on an A/C unit. The install techs were also very neat, professional, and clean. Overall we have a great system installed for a great price and warranty.

My neighbor referred me to NE Expert Heating since I preferred a local company. I got an initial quote from another outfit and their pricing was outrageous. The consult with the NW Expert Heating sales rep went well because the rep assessed the current configuration then shared a personal preference of replacing a water tank for tankless. This helped me make the decision to go tankless, especially since it resided inside my hallway and not the garage. The installation team were fantastic. They kept a clean worksite at all time, demonstrated basic functions of the unit upon completion, answered questions, and were very professional. Their contact/support staff are really responsive too. I appreciate how quickly they responded when I had a question post installation and they arranged an appointment in less than 3 days. The installers resolved what needed resolving (which was nothing major). It’s comforting to deal with a local company that I can trust from start to finish. I would recommend.

The installation went smoothly and professionally. The only problem we had was the inability to communicate with the installers. The location of the remotes was not discussed with us and we don't like were they put them but I can move them easily.

Christopher, Mike and Andrey did amazing work. Mike is very knowledgeable about all the technical details, Christopher gave a great quote and Andrey installed our heat pump super fast. Recommend!
