The team was all very responsive and handled a a/c install and replacing a furnace all in a single day, they were professional, cleaned up really well and we are ready for summer! Chris & Julie were both really caring and helpful and they are having a check in with us in about a week to double check that everything is working well! Overall A++, have already recommended them to a neighbor.

Northwest Heating Experts were fast at getting out to give an estimate and we were able to proceed with installation the next day! Chris the sale manager was knowledgeable and informative. Andrey and his team arrived early and ready to start! Andrey and his team were efficient and professional. They made sure to take extra care in their cleaning their workspace. It was a big task for them but they were able to finish same day! Definitely recommend this company for their professionalism and the of their quality work!

Installation on our new HVAC, Furnace, Ductless Daikin units and tankless water heater was very fast. The installers did a great job. Even better we had a few concerns after installation and the company was out very fast to address those concerns. Definitely recommend this local Federal Way company. We will be doing our maintenance with them as well.

Crew arrived early, went about their business, wasted no time installing new Trane furnace, AC and networked thermostat. Took about 7 hours including basic set up of the thermostat. Cleaned up after themselves, in fact, garage looked better than before they started. The team was very friendly, communicated effectively, and were generally great guys! Don't mean to be morbid, but since we are kind of old ourselves, this is probably the last system we will need, but we would not hesitate to recommend NW Expert Heating to others!

Northwest Expert Heating installed a heat pump with backup gas furnace for me, and removed my ancient gas furnace, all in one workday. I compared multiple quotes from local heating companies and theirs was - by tens of thousands - easily the best. But I knew I wasn't getting "cheap", just "reasonably priced". The person that came to my home to consult and make recommendations said the same things as the more expensive companies, except he recommended AGAINST unnecessary add-ons. NEH was super transparent with their pricing and financing options, and every phone call I had was answered immediately. The service has been outstanding and I have an impressive 10 year parts/labor warranty to go with my new heat pump, should anything go wrong. I would heartily recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent experience with Northwest Expert Heating. The crews were super nice, professional, great team. Got a great deal, and, we got exactly the heat pump we wanted. We had 4 bids total, NW Expert was the best by a mile - better equipment, faster time to install, and by far the best price. We will absolutely use NW Expert Heating again.
