The A/C system install was completed in less than 8 hours and was installed well. It was also a good value compared to others in the area. Would definitely recommend if you want a quality product and service for a good value.

Very responsive. Our furnace broke and they came in on a Saturday to look at the job and come up with an estimate. By Monday, they installed a new furnace and thermostat. Extremely professional with a fantastic eye for detail. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who needs heating work. They recommended an excellent furnace. It's been about a week since they installed it and it works beautifully. I'm very happy with the results.

Northwest Expert Heating was amazing to work with. Called to schedule a service repair for my parents and Mike came out to diagnose the problem on a Friday.

Problem: The furnace was 30 years old and over a decade past recommended replacement. Recommending a furnace relacement, Mike still took the time to call the parts shop to see if the required part was available, which (no surprise) was not for a 30 year old furnace.

Quoted me a reasonable price and scheduled replacement for the following week. Understanding that the house would be without heat for the weekend, I received a call an hour later and was informed they had an opening later that afternoon.

1:00 PM, Oleg arrives at the home and completed the replacement by 4:00 PM. Completed clean work site and heat was restored to the house same day.

From start to finish they were professional, prompt, competitively priced, responsive, did a fantastic job on the install and from start ( scheduling estimate) to installation took less than two weeks!!! It would have been only a week but I needed a bit more time to get ready for the installation so I scheduled it for one full week later!

Technicians showed up on time, they were very professional. They installed our A/C unit with all of its' attachments, checked to ensure the unit worked and cleaned their work area upon completion of the install. I would definitely recommend Northwest Expert Heating & Cooling to my friends.

Northwest Expert Heating, LLC was a great company to work with. We had a furnace that failed, and out of all the people in the area we called they were the only ones who were available within 24 hours to come out. They determined we needed a new furnace and within just a couple days they had a new one installed. A few days after the install they came out again to make some fine tuning adjustments to the new equipment to make sure that things were just right. Eddie and his crew replaced my old gas furnace with a high efficiency unit, installed central air conditioning, and a filter box assembly, as well as running new upgraded thermostat wire. Their turnaround time from date contract was signed to install date was a quick 3 days. They were on time, courteous, professional,and cleaned up before they left. They thoroughly explained how the system worked and I was impressed with their extensive knowledge of the equipment. I couldn't be happier. Plus, their prices were very competitive. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional job that doesn't break the bank.
